$600 RTX 3070 PC for a Friend

Build Description
This powerful sub $600 build was put together for a friend to start pc gaming. I sourced most of the parts from hardware swap while passing down my old cpu. They plan on playing palworld, cod, cs2, fortnite and farming sim.
