Mainly stuck with all ASUS components with the exception of the GPU as I really like the EVGA aesthetics for the 3090. I could have easily went with a Asus Strix 3090. I mainly play FFXIV and this build is able to handle that and most of the other games I play on it. I am using a 27" 4k OLED monitor and everything looks great.$2,234.95 -

I built this PC to replace my previous computer which started out as a CyberPower PC pre-built machine but had been upgraded several times over the last few years. My PC before would run just about everything to some level, but some of the newer AAA titles struggled a little bit. I decided I would build a machine that would be able to keep up with more modern AAA titles at maxed out settings. I started by choosing a case and landed on the Asus ROG Strix Helios, and after making that decision, I decided that I would theme the rest of the machine around the Asus ROG line of products.$2,107.92 -

Needed a new Desktop to replace my aging i7-4930k, that was starting to get seriously bottle necked. Even running with an RTX 3080ti Gaming was not the greatest and relying on a RAID 0 of SSD's was a disaster waiting to happen. Started with a Case that I liked and then picked out the top line CPU and Motherboard Combo. Just so happens that everything was in the ASUS TuF line of products so that became the theme for the build.$2,664.66 -

Wanted to play Diablo 4 and try a smaller form factor after 10 years of a Full Tower. A little rusty at building a PC but MicroCenter associates helped me at the Tustin Location for what I was going for. Hoping this will last me another 10 years with some upgrades in between!$1,857.93 -

The first system I built in 2019 was a ryzen 2600 with 1060Ti. It's been 4 years, and it's no longer able to keep up with my gaming needs, so I decided to upgrade! I also work from home, I want something small to fit on my desk, hence I chose the microATX case. I mostly game in front of my desk, so I decided to get a 2K monitors to save some $. IMO, a big 4k gaming monitor doesn't really benefit much if I play really close to the monitor. It's best suited for couch play. The entire build was pretty easy to put together because I did a lot of research online to ensure all components fit in the case. I mostly worried about my GPU, but luckily, it did fit.$2,784.95 -

I built this computer because my last PC was built around an Intel 4790k in 2015. It is mainly used for gaming; rpg's, shooters, and sim racing. I also do some light music recording, and general browsing and use. I usually go into a build with a cost savings mentallity. This one was built around the Microcenter bundle deal. amd 7900x, asus b650e-f and g skill flare x5 ddr5 6000 memory kit for $600. Then i just tried to get the best value i could with everything else. Most of the cooling was done with arctic products 'great value." I already owned the 3070ti. The corsair PSU was $50 off at the time. I also bought some retured lian li fans at a discount. The case was the only thing I kind of "overspent" on, however, I feel like this case could be priced much higher. Really quality feeling case that was a joy to build in. The build information cost does not reflect the actual cost of the system. Probably around $1300 not counting the GPU.$2,262.85 -

The chips were overpriced, DDR5 and the new motherboards were expensive and the value proposition given the total platform cost looked grim. Thankfully, Micro Center stepped in and things were looking up! With the purchase of a Zen 4 7 or 9 series processor, you could get 32GB of DDR5 RAM for free and $50 off any compatible motherboard...bringing total platform cost right where it should be. Now, the memory kit I got for free wasn't to my liking (5600 CL36) so I purchased the listed memory and sold the promotional kit to offset the cost. As of this writing, however, you can get a B650 board with DDR5 6000 CL30 with the purchase of a 7700x for right around $500. So, I'm excited about this new platform, and I decided to let it show with a little flair in the form of some custom SSD covers, including one with my store logo! (Thanks to JMMods) Yes, there's endless debate about the future of these next-gen platforms, but I personally feel AMD has done a good job with this one, aside from pricing it, of course. Right now the king of value belongs to the i5 13600K, I'll not deny that, but the 7700X is an impressive chip on a forward-looking platform that doesn't require you to go back in time to be cost-competitive, not to mention we have the X3D chips lurking in the shadow for you hardcore gamers out there.
