This gaming PC was made after a few of the family's windows laptops were damaged. We have a mac at home, but wanted a dedicated Windows PC at home. I used one of the Micro Center Intel bundles as the basis for the gaming build (The $250 one with the Core i5), then picked out parts to build on top of it. A good thing for my current budget was that I had various storage devices at hand for this build. I did decide to get the case elsewhere as I found an open box deal for a case that normally costs $100. I am happy with how things have turned out for this build. For upgrades, I plan on buying more sticks of ram to double the memory capacity and I am in the middle of getting be quiet case fans for the desktop as the case only had two pre-installed and were quite loud and rumbled a lot. I know the motherboard supports the current 14th gen cpu's, so I may do that whenever those go down in price. And if necessary, I might change the CPU cooler if the current $20 one craps out in the future.$772.92 -

This my first build for me personally, I had been rocking a desktop replacment laptop for the longest time. Mainly use this games with some side recording, 3d model/rendering, video editing. For the most demanding games i play regularly: Squad, Arma, DCS; it stays very coool never get's over 60 on the cpu and gpu.$1,600.85 -

Had a budget of around $800, and got a SUPER SOLID rig. Micro center had great deals with their bundles and got a killer deal! This is a massive upgrade, and now can easily run games with my 144hz monitor. What a great experience, and I appreciate Kenny helping me chose these parts for my budget!$1,031.92 -

The main purpose of building this pc was to be able to play games and do work at the same time. The main game I play is Fortnite, and since the 6650xt is a decent card, I can get around 250 fps in game on performance mode. In the future, I plan on upgrading my gpu and my case. The gpu I got is not the best for my cpu(12700k), and a 6800xt would have been a better choice. I also decided to budget my case, which was a huge mistake, since the case I got used molex connectors and it was hard to take off the gpu brackets.$986.91 -

Built it in 2022 during the chip shortage~ higher price but I needed to build a editing PC with gaming in mind. It's a mid-range build that can handle 1440p gaming in high-ultra settings and crazy rendering speed whenever I export 4K projects or create proxy files. It may not be ideal for some, may not be top of the line, but, it works well for me. Planning on putting it off the ground when i have more desk space, hence it's above the carpet with a wooden board to add some protection from dust.$1,049.93 -

Built my first PC to replace my old 1080p gaming prebuild I had since 2018. Brought every parts new. The CPU and Motherboard came from Microcenter. Had a great combo deal on it ($350)! RTX 3080 came from Amazon. It was on sale for $700. Everything together cost me around $2000 dollars! It's great for 2K gaming. I have tested it with COD MW, Horizons Zero Dawn, etc. The FPS is around 100+ at ultra setting. Overall, I am very pleased with this build!$1,854.98 -

I mainly use this computer for very light gaming, I usually play strategy games like Mindustrry and Bloons with some Team Fortress 2 in the mix. I also do some extremely light video editing in my free time, so that's what the 32 Gigs of ram is for. I need absolute silencer so that's why it's just raw heatsink mass. Kinda a cablemess, but who's gonna look back there? (totally)$1,124.95 -

Purchased the Bitspower TITAN One 2.0 Tempered Glass ATX Mid-Tower Computer Case - Black from MicroCenter when it was on sale and loved that it came with pre-bent tubes and the distribution plate that made it so much easier to make a simple customer water loop. This build is intended for a client that wanted to use for general purpose use of Microsoft Office and Adobe apps. They also intended to start gaming hence a 2080ti will be more than enough to start off with.$3,061.10 -
