Ever since then, hes been holding up really good. I have built this PC for my brother and really enjoyed it. This machine is pretty capable of 1080p gaming or really high 720p. My brother uses Black Widow to play games such as Minecraft, Ark, Sims 4 and Subnautica. He got this fairly budget PC for his Birthday because he used to play on an All in One Lenovo computer and the upgrade for him PC vise was urgent. He is very happy to have this PC which he can play games on.$775.92 -

I knew from the moment I found out it existed that my next upgrade would use the Fractal North case. I also knew that this next upgrade would be white, since my previous build of 5 years was black. Not by choice mind you, but by budget and by what micro center had in stock at the time. I specifically wanted to get into 4k, which the 4080 accomplishes. Sure it isn't a 4090, but realistically I don't need all those frames and am more than happy with what I paid for the 4080 at just under $990.$2,350.93 -

It's mainly built for gaming but light workloads too as I do work from home sometimes. My GF does art and makes stickers and plan on adding a lot of these as the time comes (also have ideas in mind for a distro block and custom loops). This is built with the Gamdias Neso P1 case, I wanted something that was a bit different as this does flip to its side for what is basically the coolest toaster oven ever. As far as games, I play a lot of OW, Halo, Sea of Thieves, and many of the great single player games that are out there (Cyberpunk, FFXV, Starfield ect). Not entirely done but the system is up and running, and it's FAST! RTX GIGABYTE 4080 Eagle with the Ryzen 7700x make for an excellent pair, combined with PBO and modest OC on the GPU, it has toppled everything I've thrown at it. Case is great, plenty of space for even the largest card and tooless entry makes it a breeze to build in. Excited to see where this all takes me!$2,384.94 -

Built this PC as a primarily gaming focused rig with 3D modeling and light AI training on the side. 7700x paired with a 4080. I am currently on a survival game kick, but I play pretty much anything first person. Obviously this PC has no problem keeping up! If I did it again, I would use a smaller cooler than the NHD-15. It performs fantastic, but it is so big it is hard to work around when adding an M.2 drive for instance. Now, I would for a b650 motherboard over the x670, but at the time, the B series boards were the same price as the x670 boards.$2,438.91 -

I've been using cheap pre-builts since my last build and finally decided to treat myself again. I wanted to be able to dabble in 3D rendering and get back into gaming. This build should do the trick. The build went fairly smoothly. I only had to uninstall and redo the AIO once, since I wasn't able to get it to reach the CPU the first way I had it installed. It's possible I just had it wrong, but by that point I just wanted it done. :) As for the parts, the power supply may be a bit overkill. I wasn't sure which one to pick so while discussing it with the sales person they suggested this one. Since it will most likely outlast the other parts and wasn't that much more than one of the other options I had selected before heading to the store, I went with the suggested power supply. So far I'm happy with it. My simple "beginner" renders that took an hour or more on my last PC now take a minute or two... and games run smoothly. Temps stay cool, and it's not too loud under normal use. The GPU fans do make some noise under load, but not too bad. I haven't changed anything from the stock settings so far.$2,439.94 -
