Finally upgrading from a laptop to a decent gaming PC that I can use for all my work tasks and gaming tasks. I was able to use an atx psu and stock cooler to shave the costs and also repurpose my ram, mobo, and cpu to get the perfect budget build. Will maybe eventually upgrade it but i see this as a budget build and not a high end build.$754.94 -

This gaming PC was made after a few of the family's windows laptops were damaged. We have a mac at home, but wanted a dedicated Windows PC at home. I used one of the Micro Center Intel bundles as the basis for the gaming build (The $250 one with the Core i5), then picked out parts to build on top of it. A good thing for my current budget was that I had various storage devices at hand for this build. I did decide to get the case elsewhere as I found an open box deal for a case that normally costs $100. I am happy with how things have turned out for this build. For upgrades, I plan on buying more sticks of ram to double the memory capacity and I am in the middle of getting be quiet case fans for the desktop as the case only had two pre-installed and were quite loud and rumbled a lot. I know the motherboard supports the current 14th gen cpu's, so I may do that whenever those go down in price. And if necessary, I might change the CPU cooler if the current $20 one craps out in the future.$772.92 -

I built this computer to use as my main desktop computer for web browsing, programming, and occasional gaming. I wanted it to be smaller, but still easy to assemble, so I opted for the popular NR200P case. In retrospect, I think I should have gotten a motherboard with more m.2 slots as managing the sata power/data cables isn't worth the saved money imo.$777.93 -

As can be guessed from the name, this is a very budget gaming PC I built for myself, primarily for light gaming and schoolwork. No one is gonna call this a high end build, sure, but honestly it can run most things perfectly fine, so long as you're not going crazy on the settings. Most of the parts were bought a Micro Center since they tend to have good deals on CPU and motherboard bundles, and other various sales. Might get a better CPU cooler sometime, since the stock Intel cooler I'm using right now isn't exactly the best, to no one's surprise.$809.93 -

I built it to play mainly Maple Story and other games like League of Legends, Valorant,... Also, I was using a prebuilt with a i7-6700 and a 1030 in it. The CPU couldn't handle the multitask I was doing and the frame drops so much, so I decided to buy a new one. This time I decided to build a PC on my own, it was my first time building a PC. Thankfully, Intel 12th gen. was coming out at the time and people were saying how good this gen. was comparing to 11th gen. and Micro Center's low CPUs price really helped me out a lot. It's such a blessing to live in a state that has Micro Center in it. Hope I can grab a 3060 from Micro Center one day, I know they have it but hasn't been lucky enough to grab one.$967.92 -

I needed a new desktop to use for music production and occasionally play video games. I travel from college to home and so finding a small case was one of my priorities. I use FL Studio and various virtual instruments, which require high computing power and some RAM. For video games, I sometimes play Valorant and CSGO. For future upgrades, I want to get a new graphics card because I'm using an old one that I had from 2016.$1,684.92 -
