Found someone local selling computer components for $250 for CPU+MB+RAM+CPUCooler+GPU and ended up picking up a Cooler Master TD500 Mesh and the power supply seperately in order to get everything together. This will be setup for someone who has been looking to start using a computer and of course having the GPU will be able to play some games that is age appropriate for them. Their parents were looking to buy a cheap computer and this build came out to be a lot less than their set budget (was 700).$480.00 -

The one thing I might have done better in hindsight is to get custom white sleeved cables to match the look more. Games that I play are rocket league, GTA 5, Star Citizen, Space Engineers, Subnatica and some smaller games like geometry dash and super meat boy. First PC I've ever built.$859.93 -

I started conceptualizing my build about a year before I actually started buying the components. I worked on a budget, did hours of research, talked to experts and finally realized my plans during Covid when I turned 13 years old. Because stores were closed for Covid, I had to buy the parts over the internet - and even almost got scammed on my graphics card. Something was fishy to me so I cancelled the order and thankfully didn't lose anything. The ultimate dream was to have an RTX 3080, but it was way above my budget because it was the time when everyone was buying graphics cards to mine for crypto. I settled on a 2060 and honestly wasn't disappointed. It's been 2 years since my build and I have done a few upgrades - including picking up some PSU RGB extension cables from MicroCenter and a recent upgrade to a RTX4070TI which I am excited about. My next upgrade will probably be to convert to a water cooling system. I really like the RGB look of my computer and will always look to add more somehow. I built this computer for both gaming and school work. I play Minecraft, CSGO, GTA V, APEX Legends, Wolfenstein and a few other games.$1,059.93 -

This is my first PC build ever, and I absolutely love it. Had a lot of problems at first, which were caused by a faulty motherboard, so i returned it and picked up the oh so reliable b450-f. I play a variety of genres (mostly shooters, but i also enjoy sports games), and it runs all of my games at 100+ fps. I have been playing a lot of SkaterXL recently, after it was fully released on the 28th, and it runs great on high settings (1080p). Playing a lot of valorant with friends, and, although my aim is questionable, the frames are definitely not. Consistent 200+ fps on high settings. This build has no problems running any game that i throw at it. Really great at frying noobs, as stated in the name. Next thing I am looking to upgrade would probably be the CPU. I want to upgrade to Ryzen 7 to get those extra cores, because more cores=more betterer. After the CPU, I would probably look to a 2070 super or a 3000 series card if they release soon.$1,077.91 -

It has the look of a gaming build, the productivity of a...productivity build, and the general purpose of anything that comes my way. In terms of gaming, I can run Valorant, CSGO, and Rocket League at 240+ fps on max settings (1080p). Higher demanding games such as the latest COD(s) and GTAV run similarly but only around 100fps. Streaming at 1080p 60 fps is no match for this build. In terms of productivity, I use it for my business, school, and other projects such as online communities. For all of these uses, I can not tell you how many times the secondary vertical monitor has come in the “clutch”. When I’m watching a YouTube video, I’m scrolling Twitter, when I’m writing an essay, I’m conducting research, when I’m accounting for sales, I’m calculating and obtaining the information I need. I could not imagine having only a single monitor. It’s truly amazing.$1,172.92
