Inspired by the video game character Kuki Shinobu from Genshin Impact, both the color palette of this PC and the character resembles that of an eggplant. Prices dropped and Microcenter had the RTX 3080 12GB for $600 Open box, which I felt was a bit of a steal, so it was a no brainer to try it out. The RTX 3070 seemed enough for me but some games and creative programs were going over the VRAM limit of the graphics card, I was also having some random problems with the old card.$1,925.76 -

Gaming rig, mainly for League/Valorant, and single player campaign games like the Batman Arkham series and assassins' creed series. Planning to have fun with Diablo 4, Hogwarts Legacy, both Marvel's Spiderman games and the upcoming AC Mirage. The main idea was to get as much performance into a 1500 budget as possible, hence the fact that i got almost every part on a sale, or price matched at micro center.$1,738.92 -

I play a wide variety of single player games and like games with nice graphics so they are often demanding. Recent games I played include Horizon Zero Dawn, Plague Tale Requiem, and Witcher 3. I play on a 1440p high refresh rate monitor and the 6900 XT has had no trouble delivering 100+ for basically every game I played. It was a nice upgrade over my RTX 3070 although I do miss some of the Nvidia features like DLSS. The 6900 XT is a lot faster though and has 16 GB of VRAM. It even does pretty well in ray traced games. The 13700k is a really powerful CPU probably even overkill for gaming. However it wasn't much more than the 13600k and is helpful on the rare occasions I do rendering or certain data analytics that can utilize a lot of cores/threads. I also really like the Lian LI 205 mesh case I was able to get open box at Micro Center. The RGB fans are nice and it has great airflow. I also like that its not too large, but still able to fit most GPUs. Most of the other parts are standard although I do wish I waited before getting a 4 TB SSD. Prices are much lower now than they were last year.$1,627.96 -

I built this to replace my old gaming laptop, and I built this in place of buying a series x. My old laptop was a Dell 7577 (7700hq, 1060 max-q). I play a lot of AAA single player games (I.e. god of war, death stranding) and a few larger multiplayer games (I.e. squad, hell let loose, tarkov). This was also my first build, it was a lot of fun learning along the way! Submitting this for the build your own 25 dollar coupon$1,607.23 -

I put it together to be a gaming PC and maybe use it for CAD work in the future. Everything in the build went very well. And I can't believe how much better my games are now. The temperatures are good and everything seems to run fine. My only hiccup was that the USB-C on the front I/O requires an adapter to connect to this motherboard. Not a huge deal but if I had known, I probably would have spent a bit more money on a fully compatible motherboard. Overall I'm super happy with how everything turned out. I did add a few extra parts not listed. Including the Corsair Commander Core XT, Corsair Lighting Node Pro, Asiahorse Power Cords, a QIVNSRY M.2 heatsink, and the internal header adapter for the USB-C.$1,547.91 -

Recently, my old system with an Intel i7-4790k and a GTX 1070ti broke down. I tried for 2 days but could not get it to boot pass window start up loading screen. It's because of that and how outdated it is of a system, I decided to upgrade to a new system. I mostly just doing some lite web browsing as well as doing spreadsheet and video calling. I used to game but since my PC couldn't keep up with the new games as well as life gotten busier I stopped gaming. However, with this new machine of a beast. Every game that I tested now can do well above 100fps with games that goes to the 200fps. So hopefully I can dive back into gaming soon. I went with and Ryzen 7 5800x and ROG Strix B550 motherboard as well as an Radeon RX 7800 XT with the NZXT H6 Flow housing. I know this doesn't have much of an upgrade ability beside from going to the 5800x3d and possibly better GPU however because I want an all-white esthetic and AM4 is the cheapest to go for it.$1,499.92 -

I was skeptical I could get the 6950XT in the 205m without it overheating - however, utilizing the Quiet mode on board bios setting, with max of 284w to GPU… my temps are insanely stable and even cool (for this card). 98% stress test on 3D Mark & max juncture temp of 93 Celsius during this test (80c high cur). During gaming it doesn’t touch this temp. It stays around 60c while gaming on ultra/maxed settings. Idle is 33c. Just a build I wanted to see if I could do & feel great that it’s complete without issues. Have been building Pc's for 20 years - first one I've built for myself in 10.$1,469.92 -
My First Ever Custom Built PC My First Ever Custom Built PC

This was my first time ever doing this. For being a first-timer, this took me about 8 hours to do. I could not have done this without the help of a friend of mine. However, as I have been doing things with computers for about 15 years now (most of my life), I knew I would be able to do this. I did not assemble this computer with any sort of specific purpose intended. I built it, more so, for playing games and whatever my future needs down the road may end up being. Once I had a previous computer fail on me after only a year, I felt it was time to try assembling a computer myself. Currently, I play ROBLOX, some of my older CD-ROM-based games (for the most part, I use older computers for doing this though), and every now and then, I will play something other than that. I used some higher-end components in this system for several reasons. I like to have a lot of programs running on a computer at once, which is something my really old 2014 Dell Inspiron was not great at doing. As an example, I may have 2-3 virtual machines running, several web browser tabs, a game, OBS recording, and Discord all at once. With all that, I still have plenty of RAM left over for opening something even more than that. Currently, I am using a 2014 Samsung S22C300 monitor, bought it new with a Dell Inspiron I bought in 2014. I did debate about replacing this monitor, but as it works fine, I decided not to. I have a set of Logitech Z200 speakers, I have owned since 2018, they have been good enough for my needs. As a mouse, I use a basic Logitech M100 mouse, as I am not too crazy about those fancy "gaming" mice, I just like something basic, and besides, why change something I have been using for years if it still works fine? For a keyboard, I am using a Razer BlackWidow V3 I bought nearly a year ago. This keyboard has the only RGB I am using on this setup, simply because RGB isn't really my thing. Besides the paint chipping, the only other thing I don't like about this tower is that making the cords look more presentable was something I was not able to do. I have checked to make sure, that no fans or vents are obstructed.$1,451.90
