It's overkill for the games I play currently but it's sure nice to only wait a few minutes on a Civ VI turn reload. In hindsight, I would have gone with an Nvidia GPU for the CUDA cores to get quicker image processing for some of my productivity tasks, but overall I'm very happy with the build. The current GPU has awful thermals when under load so I'll be replacing the thermal pads soon. I also am annoyed by the reset button placement on the Fractal case and have bumped it a few times, would recommend unplugging the pins to other case owners.$1,795.90 -

I didn't care about having the best graphics card or processor but wanted a smallish build that was all around capable and this PC is perfect so far. I plan to do some moderate gaming on it. So far, I get about 120 FPS in Destiny 2 with max settings and load times are nearly non existent. For the case, I really like the cable management, build quality, and air flow. However, good luck trying to fill the 2.5 and 3.5 slots with hard drives AND have clean cabling. Everything booted great the first time. I did have to manually set the memory speeds to the faster EXPO.$1,404.92 -

Named after a mountain in my home state, partially built as a celebration of moving back to a place with alpine terrain. Used for software dev, basic 3d design, and gaming. I still have a lot of things that I want to do with this build, including a better custom cable sleeving job, better ram (hopefully Gigabyte gets their bios firmware figured out soon), custom gpu backplate, and I am thinking of making a custom engraved walnut accent in the space between the front panel fans and the motherboard. The case was a dream to build in, as has been my experience with the Lancools, although I did have one of the included rgb controller pins break off easier than I think it should have. And gigabyte still hasn't released a bios version that will let me run EXPO ram speeds stable so....$1,342.73 -

I decided to pull the trigger to build my first PC for the first time because lay offs are coming soon, and I needed a machine to continue with work and gaming! I'm a graphic designer and work in esports so I dabble into both! I can't wait to get into PC games and continue playing with friends that are strictly only on PC. I purposely went with AM5 to make it easier for upgrades in the future. The gpu upgrade will definitely be awhile yet, but I plan to get some lian li sl120 infinity fans in there and if needed more ram and storage down the line! Hoping to also be better at cable management as the journey goes on!$1,182.93 -

I really like how it turned out and it works amazingly. The hardest part was learning how to chain the fans but other than that it was pretty easy . I couldnt add the case fans in my parts list but they are cooler master mf120 halo. Also I have a western digital 2 tb m.2 ssd. In total i spent 1,300 plus tax which ends up being 1,500. If I could change anything I would get an AIO to reduce cpu temps for better performance.$1,122.94 -

Played on a gaming laptop until it broke, so I decided to build my own computer for school and game. Was originally going to get a 5600X3D bundle to save money. I figured that I should just spend a bit more money for the 7700x to have AM5 instead of AM4 for future proofing.$889.94
