I built this to replace my aging 4690k system which was assembled almost 8 years ago now. I wanted something unique and plan to wall mount it next to my desk in the future I plan to primarily use this as a general desktop and workstation, gaming when I can. My favorite games currently are Forza Horizon 5 and Beat Saber using my Index. I hope to upgrade to a more powerful GPU for 144Hz 1440p gaming in the future, alongside a custom loop to replace the AIO.$2,269.92 -

He mainly plays Fortnite, Roblox, some Steam games, and keeps Discord open on monitor 2. The PC averages about 30 deg C at idle. He has seen peak temps of 70-75. Future upgrades may include 32 more GB of RAM, and maybe a few additional RGB fans for the top and rear. We are in search of a larger desk so we can elevate the rig and show it off!$1,589.92 -

Built my first desktop computer since I was a kid (486DX, S3 ViRGE, ~100MB HDD, 4MB RAM, Diamond 8x CD/RW!...) during the pandemic because like others, wanted to tinker and catch up on the past decade of video games. I also use it as my main work computer now that Windows handles Linux decently well with WSL. Whisper quiet during most of the workday except when it comes time to do ML modeling, which honestly, isn't all that often now since anything super intensive we can just throw into the cloud... so it's strange to say that this 3-gen old CPU is actually overkill for most of what I need to do on a day-to-day!$1,585.00
