It's been working great so far. I have not encountered any games this PC couldn't run. This setup is absolutely perfect for 1440p gaming. The only thing I would not suggest in this build is the 1500-watt PSU. It's unnecessary. I got it during a sale and I didn't know what I was doing. A 800-watt PSU for this build is sufficient.$2,344.93 -

This is my sff PC that I built for general work but is capable of PC gaming! I wanted to go with a sff PC since space is limited and I liked the idea of having something compact but powerful. The graphics card was a carry over from my old PC but it'll probably be upgraded later down the line. Temperature isnt an issue as of now but with components demanding more power draw, temps are bound to rise as well. The solution? - custom fan mounting solutions in the near future!$1,529.97 -

My last build was 7 years old and not compatible with the latest versions of Windows (not that I *really* wanted to make the switch). Upgrading the DDR-3 ram to DDR-4 or 5 would require upgrading the motherboard, upgrading the motherboard would require upgrading the processor, an upgraded processor would make my GPU a bottleneck... So I'd basically be building a whole new PC. So I built a whole new PC. It's about half the size, as well. I mostly plan to use it for gaming. I've been playing a lot of Darktide and Hogwarts Legacy, planning on playing some Cyberpunk as well. Also Guild Wars (1), but this PC doesn't change the way I play games from 2007 at all. I also homebrew tabletop rpgs and make character sheets for games I like with character sheets I don't like. In the future I may buy a monitor that supports more than 60hz, and maybe a mechanical keyboard without a num pad, since I really only use it to type in my pin these days, and it will save on desk space.$2,247.86 -

Designed to last 5/6 years of abuse at minimum with no major upgrades so latest gen components used. runs a little toasty under load as the case I used has relatively poor airflow but he seems to be relatively happy and will handle a mild overclock on basically everything. The big temperature issue is the CPU which sits at around 80 degrees Celsius under load at minimum. I'm constantly playing around with fan settings to try get the temps lower and might bolt some more fans on.$1,454.92 -

I've been in a long wait with MSI while they process a RMA replacement for my primary graphics card, a MSI SUPRIM 3090 Ti. During this downtime, I got impatient and decided to use the opportunity of not having a giant brick of a graphics card to work around. I ended up upgrading most of my system: new motherboard (MSI z790 Ace), new cpu (Intel i5 24600k), and new kit of ddr5 (32gb of G.Skill TridentZ 6400). In the current state of cardlessness, everything is running great as far as a general use desktop PC. Just waiting on MSI to get the card back in and resume gaming.$1,594.93 -

Paired with a 144hz monitor, it delivers excellent performance in GPU and CPU intensive games. Played through Cyberpunk: Phantom Liberty 2.0 with ray tracing on low and native 1440p (no upscaling) and was able to get a solid 60 (sometimes more depending on location). Will be swapping ram with a RAM kit from the motherboards QVL list soon, with tighter timings and hopefully a working XMP.$2,587.78 -

It's built to target 2K resolution 90 FPS+ gaming. I have tested it on Resident Evil 4 Remake and Alan Wake 2, and it hasn't failed me so far. I use this pc to play games (mostly Cyberpunk 2077), surf internet and sometimes edit videos. That’s why I choose 13600K, i5 is enough for my demand, K for editing videos. 4070ti is bit expensive, and I don’t need much performance, but 4060 is not enough.$1,563.92 -

This is my second time building a PC, so I am trying to do everything perfectly. I picked the parts with thorough consideration. Besides making sure the parts are compatible with each other, I also picked the snow white theme for this build. The final result is super clean and stylish. And it's powerful too. It's perfect for gaming in 1440p. I was able to get a constant 80 FPS+ in Cyberpunk 2077 with the highest graphical setting. By turning down the graphic a little, I was able to get 150+FPS.$2,079.94 -

I want to hop on here to share it. This is a great machine! Fast bootup and quick game load time. And it's super quiet, too. Run every kind of game I throw at it. It is used daily for everything, including three monitors. Two of these are used for gaming: One 34" ultrawide monitor that runs 3440x1440 at 100hz, and then alternately a 55" TCL 55R646 tv than I use for a console like experience (wireless controller, steam big picture mode) at 4k,120hz. I primarily play RPG / JRPG, action, adventure games. Up next for me is to play the recently updated current-gen version of The Witcher III at 120fps. The name of this build was drawn from the predominantly graphite & silver scheme on many of the components. I just rolled with this color scheme after finding multiple clearance deals at Microcenter that I considered too good to pass up. The graphics card, motherboard, ddr5 ram, and most of the ssd storage were all taken from Microcenter clearance. The biggest problem I ran into was also directly related to this. Specifically, the clearance / open box RTX 3090 Ti ended up being a bare card only and was missing the required 3-pronged power adapter that plugs directly into the card. Thankfully, I was able to contact MSI and I can recommend their customer support. Since the card was still unregistered and under warranty, MSI sent me the power cable I needed at no further cost to me.$1,775.77 -
