This case was perfect for my personal build, and I thought it'd look amazing on my desk. I mainly play fortnite and roblox, so I didn't spend too much money on specs. On the other hand, I tried to make it look as aesthetically pleasing as possible since I'd be staring at it longingly for most of the day. I even spray painted the GPU so it'd fit the white case. I'd consider this a mid-range PC in terms of performance, but I think it looks amazing visually. I plan on upgrading the GPU and CPU once I'm free from crippling debt LOL.$656.96 -

The main goal of this build was to move my clunky ATX mid tower into a smaller form factor. After searching around, I found that Microcenter had unbeatable deals on open box items. Everything went great with the build, and I'm super happy with how it turned out. After selling my old components, my net cost totals to about $90. I'm mainly playing Overwatch 2 right now.$664.91 -

First of all, this is the first pc I've attempted to build in maybe 12-15 years. Technology is very different now. So I'm basically calling myself a beginner. I started building this mainly to have a pc that's very budget friendly and one that will be flexible upgradable down the road if I decide I want to do that. Selecting the components was a process of learning. But it was fun!$649.96 -

They have been asking for a gaming PC and I thought building it together from the ground up would be a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon together. For now we have no future upgrades in mind other that cable extensions for the it to look cooler and also to allow better cable management. I don't think there's anything I would have done differently other than to caution my kids that once built, the process of installing and bring the OS up to date would take som additional time. They just wanted to download games right after the BIOS screen came up!$715.43 -

I use it for school and gaming. I play Fortnite at around 200 fps on medium settings and Valorant at around 300-500 fps on medium-high settings. I will probably be upgrading the gpu later on and adding some rgb but for now, I love the build. Also the power supply is a 600w not 500w but it isn't on the list.$543.92 -

I had been using a Mac Mini for the past few years and was starting to miss having a PC for a number of reasons. It was time for an upgrade. Counter Strike 2 was recently announced which reignited my interest in building a PC. I didn't want to spend a ton of money - the goal was to keep it under $1000. I was pleasantly surprised with the computer I was able to piece together! I somehow managed to spend less than I did back in 2010! This PC will serve as a casual gaming PC as well as a daily driver. In addition to casual gaming, I have a small youtube channel - https://www.youtube.com/@Franchyze923 I post videos about computers, homelab, programming tutorials and other topics. I plan on making a video about this PC build! This PC will be used to making tutorials, video editing and streaming.$742.93 -

This PC was built to edit videos for my YouTube channels, Nikola Reviews and Nikola Gaming, and to play games such as Forza Horizon 5, Halo Infinite, Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, American Truck Simulator, Genshin Impact, Roblox, Minecraft, and lots more. It is also used to emulate PS2 games, design custom artwork for games, and develop games using Roblox Studio and Unreal Engine 5. In addition to all that its used for general web browsing, YouTube and movie watching. As for future upgrades, there's not much that It needs other than a nice set of case fans, and potentially another matching set of RAM to bring the system up to 32GB.$814.97 -

As an avid PC builder of the budget variety, I wanted to finally build a system that met my absolute requirements whilst providing a cost effective upgrade path. After endless research, focusing on the games I would be playing and scouring endless eBay listings, I finally came up with the Simplicity PC. For years I have always built something that I considered to be the best that I had built, but my part choices never seemed to be very balanced. To keep the costs down, I either skimped out on the CPU, GPU and/or my choice of case. This time I realized I would have to let my guard down if I wanted to build something that I would be truly happy with. It's not always about how much money you can save, but knowing exactly what you need and precisely focusing your budget around that. With PC parts coming down in price (Due to bitcoin mining crash), I thought it would be time to seize the opportunity. I managed to find some fantastic deals on eBay, some not as cheap as I would like but much better than retail prices. I feel the simple things in life are the best and I wanted to build a system that screamed price to performance and efficiency. Gaming and day to day tasks are a breeze, I have even streamed on this system and it performs like a champ. I am very happy with the results!$565.43 -

As can be guessed from the name, this is a very budget gaming PC I built for myself, primarily for light gaming and schoolwork. No one is gonna call this a high end build, sure, but honestly it can run most things perfectly fine, so long as you're not going crazy on the settings. Most of the parts were bought a Micro Center since they tend to have good deals on CPU and motherboard bundles, and other various sales. Might get a better CPU cooler sometime, since the stock Intel cooler I'm using right now isn't exactly the best, to no one's surprise.$809.93
