As a kid, I always wanted to have a gaming pc of my own, where I could crush any game I wanted and push the limits of performance. My build started in 2017, and I saved every penny I could find to afford it. It's carried me throughout the years to today, with some upgrades of course. Originally, the build consisted of an Intel Core i5-7600K, MSI Z270 Gaming M7, ASUS GTX 1070 STRIX OC, Samsung 850 PRO, and a Seagate Barracuda 2TB. I play indie games like Lethal Company and Undertale, and big games like Battlefield 2042, Mortal Kombat 1, Five Nights at Freddy's, and VRChat. Throughout the time I spent building my pc, I wish I had purchased the parts at once instead of incrementally buying a part when it was possible. I could've gotten newer hardware had I done the former. In the future, I definitely would like to get a 2TB NVME SSD to replace my Seagate hard drive, and upgrade to 32GB of DDR4 ram. I also foresee a switch to the AMD Ryzen 7000 processor line.$2,646.49 -

I built this PC so that I could game in a college dorm in a small chassis that has plenty of airflow. I upgraded most of my old components into this build, and included an XFX RX 7900XTX, 5800x3d, 3tb of ssd storage, a 240mm AIO watercooler, and 2 hard drives into a tiny 18 liter case.$1,831.93 -

This is a very nice gaming computer that would play any AAA titles at the best settings, featuring the best AMD AM4 Gaming CPU, the Ryzen 5800X3D w/3D V-Cache. The CPU is liquid cooled and paired with an RX 6900XT, which would trade blows with the RTX 3090. It will easily handle games at High settings 240+ FPS at 1080p or 150-200fps+ at 1440p and would be an excellent choice for COD MWII. eSports titles could easily run much higher FPS and push 240Hz panels very well. The system would make an excellent gaming rig capable of playing Halo Infinite, Fortnite, PUBG, Battlefield 2042, GTA 5, COD MWII or Warzone 2, Destiny 2, WoW, Cyberpunk 2077, etc.$2,164.92 -

Fortunately, I was able to find RX 7900 XT for MSRP, so I built the pc based from there. This beast will run all games currently out in the market at extreme graphic setting. And I intend to spend a lot of time gaming on this PC! Of course, I am also trying to get into video editing. This machine will handle it as well.$2,699.95 -

I built this pc on a $500 budget. it's original intention was gaming which I still do I play rainbow 6, forza horizon 4, forza motorsport 7, assetto Corsa, valorant, and gta. I also use this pc for online school now. It has a intel i5 9400f, a rx580, and 16gb of ram on a 750 watt psu for that gpu upgrade 😉. To be clear everything was used that's how I got it in the $500$1,055.42 -

So I thought ryzen 5 3600 + 16gb ram would be sufficient enough, and I also spent a considerable amount of budget to buy a good 500gb SSD, and a nice set of game keyboards & mouse. Also, I occasionally enjoy games that do not require high quality graphics (minecraft, some steam games, etc), so I chose radeon rx 570 for my video cards. I also need to run some research program like matlab, mathematica, and they run totally fine. For bad part, It would have been better if I chose smaller case. My case seems too big and heavy. The other bad part, when I turn the power on, there is a 5 second lag until motherboard starts to operate. I'm not sure about this issue, but it doesn't bug me too much because once turned on, it is fast enough.$716.91 -

I made it for gaming at the same time I made it for school and I always used a laptop so this was a huge upgrade for me, I had to get all of the money on my own to build this PC. I love to play Grand Theft Auto Five and other games like Farming Sim and lots of other Sims. I like to maybe upgrade my CPU or my GPU or get new fans if I get the money or sell my pc and then recreate a whole new one with a bigger budget.$615.93 -
