I've always wanted to build a zero cable PC since these launched earlier in the year. Managed to snag a Founders Edition RTX 4070 Super and the MSI Pano case shows this off while including support for the Project Zero BTF motherboard with hidden connectors on the underside of the board for clean cable management.$1,366.95 -

This gaming PC was made after a few of the family's windows laptops were damaged. We have a mac at home, but wanted a dedicated Windows PC at home. I used one of the Micro Center Intel bundles as the basis for the gaming build (The $250 one with the Core i5), then picked out parts to build on top of it. A good thing for my current budget was that I had various storage devices at hand for this build. I did decide to get the case elsewhere as I found an open box deal for a case that normally costs $100. I am happy with how things have turned out for this build. For upgrades, I plan on buying more sticks of ram to double the memory capacity and I am in the middle of getting be quiet case fans for the desktop as the case only had two pre-installed and were quite loud and rumbled a lot. I know the motherboard supports the current 14th gen cpu's, so I may do that whenever those go down in price. And if necessary, I might change the CPU cooler if the current $20 one craps out in the future.$772.92 -

I like the Fractal North case because you can just look at it and be pleased after a very expensive purchase decision. I wanted the inside to be blacked out since you can't really see the inside of your case all the time, and the only RGB I really want is the Geforce RTX logo from my graphics card. Decided to be conservative on the specs I go with, albeit the 7800 X3D bundle is too good to pass up. I wanted to save the rest of the money for a very nice (and expensive) QD-OLED monitor, preferably, something like the MSI MPG 321URX, which is sadly still not in stock. Other than that, Noctua fans keep my PC quiet without any annoying frequencies, which is useful since I use open-back headphones. 4 TB main drive should last for a while, and cover all my storage needs.$1,807.35 -

Built this AMD 8700G PC for coding and running programs that I need for my mad science lab, but looks like it will be my wife's PC instead. She will use it for general PC activities including some casual 1080p gaming (Secret World Legends, Entropia, and others that I don't know the names of). A few years from now, if her old Nvidia/Intel based gaming PC breaks down then I may overclock this one and/or add a video card, or maybe even drop in a new CPU. Am using the heat sink that came with the 8700G CPU, and during a bit of gaming the temp never got above 32 degrees C so I won't be upgrading to water cooling. It has very low power use and it is whisper quiet.$1,335.90 -

After discovering the HYTE Y70 Touch case just a day or two after the company announced that they had exhausted the global supply of the integrated 4K touch displays, I was both in love and heartbroken. I loved the case design and the novelty of the built-in touch display, but now they were sold out everywhere and being sold for exorbitant amounts on the second-hand markets. I had signed up for a few waiting lists for on sites like B&H in hopes that one might appear in stock somewhere. My friend and coworker heard me talk about this case for days and weeks as I spent all of my free time trying to find one for near retail price to no avail. Then one day, while that coworker is on vacation, I get a text from him saying he had received an email from B&H offering him a 30-minute window to purchase one from some stock they had held back. He knew how much I wanted one, and put himself on the waitlist! Now that he had secured one for me, I had to build a machine worthy of such a hunt!$3,274.81 -

I built this as a secondary PC for my girlfriend to use when I am using my main rig inside the office. I opted for as little RGB as possible since I didn't want it to be too much of a focal point in the living room where it's set up. I do many things with a pc(Play Games, Run LLMs, Write Code, ETC,)and I got sick of my old laptop(i5-10300H, GTX 1650 TI mobile, 8gb DDR4 2933mhz.) So I decided to build a brand new powerhouse, in which I am writing this right now. Now that I have built my own rig at this point, time to give you some advice. First and foremost, if you want the absolute best PTP(Price To Performance)PLEASE do not give in to any of those prebuilt pcs, they are built and sold for a profit(which I, in all means respect.)Like I got a 4070 TI Super and Ryzen 9 7950x3d, With the amount that I spent I could only get an i9-13900kf and 4070 TI from NZXT and from Build Redux I could only get a 4070 TI Super and 7950x with only 16gb ram(in NZXT and custom I got 32gb). And for my 2nd piece of advice, enjoy the build expierience you know, have fun.$2,572.91
