They have a shared desk space, and a limited area. I also love small form factor, and doing new things in the space. So I used my favorite PC case (FormD T1) and put not one, but two fuly functional PCs in it. One is a Ryzen APU PC, and the other is a low TDP intel CPU paired with an Nvidia GPU (I covered the big three chip makers in one box!). Single slot GPU was essential, so a professional card was about the only option. (1070 Katana's are incredibly rare).$1,611.94 -

I built this pc because I wanted a small portable gaming system that can fit in my backpack. It allows me to take the pc on the go and play games at a friend's house or at a hotel. The only game I played so far on it is Yakuza 0 and it runs great at 60fps considering I am only using the AMD integrated graphics. The case I bought has space for a single slot graphics card, so I plan on purchasing a rx 6400 or gtx 1650 in the future to play more modern games.$449.93 -

It's tiny and it handles 1440p like...well not like a champ, but well enough for a Final Fantasy XIV and a few shooters. It's probably a bit overkill for what I actually play on it, but it was way more fun to build this than to unbox a laptop.$1,184.57 -

I play a bunch of different games such as FPS titles like Overwatch and Escape From Tarkov, ARPGs like Path of Exile and Diablo, Logistics games like Factorio, and occasionally racing games like Dirt Rally 2 and Forza Horizon 5. One regret I have is not getting enough storage and RAM as 16 GB of RAM is starting to be not enough anymore and as for storage, anything under 1tb makes it difficult to install more than a handful of games at once.$1,054.95 -

I built it back in February 2020 with friends, my entire friend group has always been in love with computers and when I finally got the money to build my own everyone helped out. It's decorated with all sorts of random stickers and nick-nacs, D&D/game themed pins and even an old pocket watch on the front. As far as games go you name it, I've got a capture card so I can play ps2 games through OBS. A true assortment of games to say the least, Minecraft, Foundry, Space engineers, Dishonored, Half life (both older half life games and half life alyx on pcvr), Metro games, Phas, Mirror edge... the list goes on for miles. There is not much to say on what I would want different, I will likely upgrade the gpu and cpu in the future but that feels years and years away from now. Regardless of what game I try to throw at it from when I built it to now, the system holds up. All that has changed with it from the day I first turned it on is the addition of another 2x8gb RAM kit, another 2TB HDD and a noctua cooler. Compared to the laptop I had previously this feels like owning a super computer. I went from a 940m laptop gpu and an i7-5500U which at the time of building my pc would idle at 80-100% cpu usage when running anything including a single chrome tab to a computer where I can host a dedicated space engineers server for me and my friends to play on together blows my mind to this day.$1,695.19 -

I've always wanted to have a NAS and a plex server and I deciced to go the DIY route. This will be my first foray into both and I also plan on using it as a playground to learn about virtual machines and more. The current plan is to install unraid and add plex as an app then in the future I'll mess with things such as a minecraft server or home camera system. The chassis is rack mountable and is made by a company called myelectronics based in europe.$553.95 -

It's set up in the living room, so being quiet is most important. The case used to have one of those solid plastic front-panels with few vents, so I removed it and just exposed the fan filter directly. The GPU also had a lot of extra plastic covering up the fan exhaust, and I modified the GPU shroud by cutting out most of the plastic bits. Combined with a moderate undervolt, the whole system runs very cool/quiet even while playing games at 1440p.$1,380.95 -

Entire system only cost around $1700 after tax! The system is equipped with an AMD Ryzen 5 5600x processor, which is more than capable of handling most games with ease. The graphics card I choose is an RX 6650XT, which provides decent graphics performance at 2K resolution. The system has 16GB of DDR4 RAM, which is plenty for most games, and a entry level m2 Crucial P3 solid-state drive for fast and reliable storage. While this budget PC is not as powerful as higher-end gaming systems, it is still an excellent option for gamers on a budget who want to play games at 2K resolution without breaking the bank. I have tested this PC on multiple games, and it performed well!$1,574.95 -

He only plays war thunder, APEX, and other non-graphical intense games, so 3060ti is good enough. He was very happy to have his very first own gaming PC.
