Went with Micro ATX form factor and single color RGB fans for simplicity. AMD processor with AMD graphic card is a plus. Sticked to standard 16GB RAM and 1TB NVMe and didn't go crazy with specs. No case mod cables as well but still looks good with neat cable management.$845.95 -

I use it mainly for school work and some occasional gaming (Valorant, Minecraft, the likes). I feel like overall I did a good job, as I did a lot of price hunting and got my GPU eBay, the rest from Microcenter with their insane deals. One thing I would have changed if I knew about this earlier was to get a better motherboard - the B450M is good but I ran into a lot of problems for some reason, maybe it was me? This build cost me around $450 - yes, you may have seen the price above, but it did cost me around $450 because of some coupons I used, the GPU came from eBay, and lots of deals Microcenter had at the time I made this a month back. Whatever the case, overall I loved this project.$635.93 -

Meant to be a gaming rig/workstation to serve as a replacement for my old college laptop as I go off into the world. So far, I'm catching up on older titles I've been missing out on (Tomb Raider, Dark Souls, Doom, etc.), but I'm hoping to be able to run newer games like HZD and GotG without much trouble. Should be a perfect size though as I'll be moving around the country quite a bit.$930.82 -

I wanted to go for something that was modestly priced, that would be able to handle any current game that you throw at it as well as perform efficiently when using CAD software and Game dev engines. My last build was a couple years back and was a very cheap $300 build that was fine for the first two years but then couldn't run your more demanding games and so I wanted to future proof my build for the next 5 years$1,033.93 -

Mostly GTAV, Ghost Recon, Fortnite, and Rocket League. I also use it for MATLAB for my school. I didn't care about having the best graphics card or processor but wanted a smallish build that was all around capable and this PC is perfect so far. I plan to do some moderate gaming on it. So far, I get about 120 FPS in Destiny 2 with max settings and load times are nearly non existent. For the case, I really like the cable management, build quality, and air flow. However, good luck trying to fill the 2.5 and 3.5 slots with hard drives AND have clean cabling. Everything booted great the first time. I did have to manually set the memory speeds to the faster EXPO.$1,404.92 -
