I built this rig for the primary purpose of 4K gaming, VR gaming, and learning overclocking. I built my first computer in 2007 in high school and since have dreamed of building another over the years. Being in school and while working my way up left me barely enough time to sleep and no money to eat. I now finally have the ability to work from home and I wanted to celebrate with a gaming pc. My brothers and best friends are big into gaming and I can finally join them! In process of building this pc I helped both of my brothers and two of my friends build their gaming pc, all with parts from microcenter at St. David’s! We can finally game together, these computers have brought us all together enduring the crazy year. About the build: Since I am a old counsel gamer I wanted my rig to be in my living room. So I paired the system with a 120hz 75” Samsung 4K 8 series tv and a bowers and Wilkins panaorama 2 sound bar. Specs: CPU: Ryzen 5600x GPU: Strix 3090 OC RAM: trident z neo 32gb 3600cl16 Storage: 1tb xpg pcie 4.0 nvme, seagate 3tb hdd PSU: Corsair AX1200 MOBO: Asus TUF x570 plus WiFi Cooling: NZXT x73 Kraken push/pull configuration Case: NZXT H710i black, custom silver cable cover$5,967.94 -

Games played on this involves Halo Infinite, Forza Horizon, Overwatch, Valorant and the Witcher Series. I run a small Youtube channel named Cobiestech, and with the power of this machine, I am able to produce content easily with no hiccups. I use Adobe Premier Pro to render my videos and it handles that like a dream. At first I was using lesser parts, but as my channel grew, so have the components and I have finalized my build with the recent inclusion of the Ryzen 5800x. I have has no problems running any game at it (paired with a 1440p Ultrawide Monitor), and all my video projects have been made with ease in this machine.$5,304.94 -

Mostly games like Cyberpunk, Assassin's creed: Valhalla, Forza Horizon, and Hitman 3. This was built during the end of 2020 and there were supply chain issues to find some of the parts this PC was built on. Still this system gave me a good sub 120-ish FPS at playing Cyberpunk in 4k.$5,054.77 -

For work I do a lot of remote tasks, such as excel and teams, and I will also play games during my free time. Used to stream, however have stopped in recent years to pursue my job. Having the 3 displays is quite useful for having tons of information at a glance, and the little performance statistics display thats mounted besides my webcam is always fun to take a peek at and see how hard my systems working, or what FPS im getting at a glance.$5,041.43 -

It was the last piece missing from my man cave. I wanted a clean build but powerful at the same time. I set the build up with dual 1440p ultrawide 100hz viewsonic monitors and an extra long hdmi to my 75” Samsung tv that is connected to my surround system via arc to the marantz receiver. This setup allows me to game at my desk or kick back on the couch with a controller. I also got a oculus quest with oculus link to play beat saber and Half Life Alyx!! I chose a EVGA 2080ti FTW3 ultra Oc to power all the monitors and TVs. I have made so many trips to microcenter during the building process I have become a regular and familiar with most of the associates at the St David’s location, btw they all rock! The complete specs are below: CPU: Ryzen 3600x Cooler: wraith prism GPU: evga 2080ti ftw3 ultra Oc RAM: trident z neo 3600 cl 16, 32gb Storage: nvme pcie 4.0 1tb, nvme pcie 3.0 1tb, seagate hdd 3tb 7200 Case: NZXT h710i VR: oculus quest connected via oculus link Monitors: 2x Viewsonic xg350r-c 1440p ultrawide, Samsung 75” 4K 7series Sound system: marantz 6008 receiver, dual mono block amps for front towers. Polk audio ls90 speakers with ls70 surrounds$4,952.93 -

I built this PC setup because I've never went on a Vacation in the 36 years I've worked. Never took days off besides sick days. So all the money was to treat myself. I bought a bunch of unnecessary things, in a crazy miss-matched setup. I mainly play games, but I also do work on Stable-Diffusion with AI generation. I love setting up virtual machines and trying new things. Here is a link to the actual setup in full: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/StabbyMeowkins/saved/fZBGJx Little bit behind the parts and how I got them for those prices. Anything that was normally bought at normal prices/random low-discount prices won't be mentioned. Mind the cable management, I can't be bothered and there is just too much going on in life to spend a full day getting it done. I will do it eventually, though! 5900x: Friend bought this at Microcenter, held unto it for six months and never used it. Sold it to me for $180.00. Kraken AIO: Won it at a Bingo tournament that only costed me $15 to enter! Motherboard: Bought a combo deal for $1600ish. Friend got the 3080ti, I got the motherboard, we sold the rest to basically make him upgrade from a 3070 to a 3080ti for $150, and I got the motherboard for a value of $250.00 Sold his 3070 to make up the difference. 2TB 2.5" Drive: Some random craigslist drive. Just have a bunch of emulation stuff on there. 1TB SSD: Price error at Staples, what a steal!(It was $50 odd dollars. Not sure the exact amount. QN332 2TB QLC Drive(Games!) Black Friday deal. This was added this week. Had this PC 6+ Months. Two 14TB WD Easystore Drives. Rakuten Cash-back. Discount from HDD turn in that Best Buy used to have. Cash-back from Paypal Business debt card. Lucky! Phanteks Case: Won a $100 gift card online, so got the case for very little. Monitors: I use the Alienware AW2518HF for all my FPS games like APEX Legends, League of Legends and games like Muse Dash. The AOC 49" Ultrawide is for watching videos on Youtube while I am cleaning the room, or doing server work and/or Python. I got this for $400 when a site was selling them for that price at random times. I was lucky to get one. I bought a monitor arm for it because my space constraints means a small desk..arm gives me the space I need. LG C1 48" OLED TV: Obviously all my nice games I enjoy the most go on here. I love Warframe, Dead by Daylight and a few others like Monster Hunter Rise. Minecraft with the SEUS Shader Mod is just INSANE on here too. It is so beautiful. Had to buy a good cable, that was also 15 feet long. Since the space I am in is small, I needed it to wrap around the room to get to the TV. Klipsch I picked up (almost) brand new at a Pawn Shop. They actually sound really good. I didn't want to get it at first, but a friend convinced me. Said the $75 was worth the price at the time. The nYko Charing base was given to me for free by a friend that also sold me two brand new PS4 controllers for $30 each. He had them because he tends to buy up a bunch of stuff when they go on sale/clearance-so he has had them for a while and sold to me when I was looking for some controllers for some of my games. The SATA Port hub isn't really needed. I just had it laying around so I threw it in the build. Won't be able to resell it, might as well use it, even though its borderline useless. Same with the Docking bay. It is just there to throw random data on random old drives I have for storage. Sorry for all the babbling. I just love my PC, it looks nice, and its something I can enjoy since I don't get to enjoy things too much. I love Anime, and the OLED is really nice for that, and I just love tech in general. My Mother and Father don't understand it much but turning their homes into automation has been fun also.$4,698.56
