Always wanted to get a pc but just couldn't due to constant shortages and scalping of pc parts, but finally had a go at it! Runs absolutely like a dream :) I built it mainly for use in 4k AAA games, but also for light AI computing and training models.$1,890.96 -

Recently, my old system with an Intel i7-4790k and a GTX 1070ti broke down. I tried for 2 days but could not get it to boot pass window start up loading screen. It's because of that and how outdated it is of a system, I decided to upgrade to a new system. I mostly just doing some lite web browsing as well as doing spreadsheet and video calling. I used to game but since my PC couldn't keep up with the new games as well as life gotten busier I stopped gaming. However, with this new machine of a beast. Every game that I tested now can do well above 100fps with games that goes to the 200fps. So hopefully I can dive back into gaming soon. I went with and Ryzen 7 5800x and ROG Strix B550 motherboard as well as an Radeon RX 7800 XT with the NZXT H6 Flow housing. I know this doesn't have much of an upgrade ability beside from going to the 5800x3d and possibly better GPU however because I want an all-white esthetic and AM4 is the cheapest to go for it.$1,499.92 -

This build was mostly an upgrade from a old build with the same case but basically upgrading all of the internals with new parts. Personally I love how the white part of it still looks even after all these years but the upgrade to having a small display for the CPU cooler makes it really nice and the perfect place to put some dumb little memes.$2,186.92 -

My previous machine which was a gaming laptop used a 7th gen intel i5 and a 1050. With my new pc build it can chew through all of the tasks i can throw at it. If i were to rebuild the pc i would downgrade the cpu and get a better gpu as often the gpu is bottlenecking the cpu in gaming tasks.$1,177.94 -

I built this PC for gaming after going about 10 years since the last gaming PC build. My first ever PC build, where I wanted to make absolutely no compromises on airflow, as I've had bad experiences in the past from premade systems. I was very pleased to find out I had no trouble getting the PC to work. The case was great to build in, and the video helped a ton in feeling secure as a newbie. I did have to replace the originally included side fans (non-RGB) out of necessity, because they made an uncomfortable humming sound, and also weren't PWM, which did not allow me the control that I wanted. Also, I didn't know originally, how much LEDs actually enhance the beauty of a build, if you don't use red, green or rainbow colors.$1,714.73 -

I am playing Baldur's Gate 3, Cyberpunk 2077 and Avatar now. Probably more later. I really am glad to have gone all AMD with it. the processor and graphics cards are basically sleeping even while playing on high graphics mode. I sometimes have the performance view of task manager up and I've yet to crack 50% usage. Only thing I may have done differently is a different motherboard. It works fine, but it tried to install a manager that did NOT work. when installed it froze the computer after running. I had to boot into safe mode to get rid of it by deleting manually and removing from the registry. Trying to uninstall froze everything as well. So DON"T install the gigabyte management software.$1,269.94 -

My youngest has always been asking for a PC since his sisters has one, so I've been searching the cyber web for various parts to build him a budget PC. Lots of the parts are used, but I purchased the 5800x3d from Microcenter. The best deal I got was for the Louqe Raw S1 case. The original owner had a custom paint job on it and had a hard time selling it, so I was able to scoop it up for $30. All we did was use paint remove and sanded all the paint off. We liked the bare metal so we left it at that. The only problem with this case is you're limited on the CPU cooler. The best you can fit is the Noctua NH-L12S, but I have future plans to cut down the case to allow a AIO radiator to mount in the back. He is still young so he's been mainly using the PC for learning apps. He's happy with his PC, but now asking about a custom keyboard like his sisters T_T.$1,119.97 -

If i remember this right, it's been over 13 years since I've built my first (and only) desktop PC, so I came into this one a little bit rusty and barely any experience. Since then, I mostly just used consoles for gaming, considering that first PC was VERY low end, but i finally got the courage to step into the "master race" once again. After a lot of catching up and a bunch of youtube videos, yet another Fractal North build was born... All jokes aside, I don't remember having as much fun doing something in the last few years, as I had building this thing from the ground up! And you get that extra warm feeling when the build comes to life, EXACTLY as you imagined it.$2,474.92 -
