I wanted to get not only higher fps but have the ability to run higher graphic setting in games like COD without hurting performance. With the high end parts I chose im able to run virtually any game on max setting and keep above 60fps while being able to stream twitch with a high quality output. The plan is to upgrade the EVGA 3070 FTW3 to an EVGA 3080ti FTW3 in the near future.$2,127.92 -

Past: Iβve had a passion for building computers ever since I was a freshman in high school. Since then, I would stay up nights watching BitWit and Linus. After countless hours, I finally decided on the parts Iβll infuse into my dream PC. The Beginning: Building a PC without even working, especially in a hispanic household had most of itβs disappointments. Being told your vision was only just a matter of time before I gave up on it, bummed me out a lot but I never gave up! Fortunately, after explaining that this will enhance my skill and passion in Hardware Engineering and Software, they allowed me and even helped me. After 1-2 months and camping outside of this Micro Center for a GPU (although I didnβt get the one I wanted but I was desperate), I finally finished. It booted up perfectly. Mid Journey: Howeverβ¦ It wasnβt what I wanted it to be. It wasnβt near what I wanted my DREAM PC to be. After being hired for the summer, I made money and invested most of it to upgrading. I upgraded my CPU from a Ryzen 5 3600 to Ryzen 7 3700x. I knew my dream case was the Lian Li O11D Mini and with the help of a fellow Micro Center employee, I was encouraged on going through with it! I added case fans and an extra 16GB of RAM which was pricey, but very worth it haha. (A new SFX Power Supply to accommodate with the new case as well. The End of an Era/Issues: After installation of the Motherboard, I realized there wasn't space in the back from the case to mount my AIO. I panicked because I wasn't planning on using the included wraith cooler with my CPU. My AIO pump is so cute! "How could I ever let it go" I thought. I stared for a moment and realized I could install the AIO mount on the Motherboard and then screw the motherboard in. Once again, I was relieved from devestation. After installing everything in the new case, I booted it up. I noticed my hard drive would say 50% usage and it worried me a lot. I frantically searched it up but would be led to a dead end. I never really understood as to why it did that but I assumed it was just because of CPU change. A day later, I tried booting it up for my usual gaming mornings but it turned off in a span of 5 minutes. My worry escalated and I unplugged everything to avoid further damage. I ended up going to Micro Center for a Diagnostic and found out my CPU was nearly cooking itself so it would turn off to protect itself. I actually inserted the CPU pump wire into the wrong header which relieved me because I was afraid Iβd have to spend more money on something. After thanking the technicians, I went on my way home to try booting it up and to my surprise, it was a successful startup. There was no powering off which relieved me even more. The only upgrade I have left is a 30 series as I intended to get in April but couldnβt. Though Iβm totally okay with what I got (Asus ROG 2060 OC). Iβm beyond grateful for my journey and anyone who helped me along with it. Ongoing possible issue: My CPU temp is usually at 55Β°C during startup but stays at 60-70Β°C during full load. Is this healthy? The people of Reddit say itβs normal temps from a Ryzen 7 3700x Thank you to everyone who sees this! Youβre amazing, loved and appreciated! Have a great day <3 β I try not to submit to the sterotype of pink gamer girls but how could I not?? It's so cute! Don't get me wrong, I sometimes alternate between more nature-y, earth-y colors or simple blues and yellows too lol$2,690.79 -

I built this setup to more comfortably game and work for long hours at a time. Before, I was gaming on a 60 hz TV which had horrible input lag and was super limiting. Now that I have a 1440p 144hz monitor, I can really take advantage of that true PC gaming power! I play various games and also create digital content. I normally enjoy FPS games like Apex Legends and Warzone, but I have been wanting to get into more RPG-esque games as well. When I'm creating, I use the Adobe suite, more specifically Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premiere. This build has made my workflow so much more efficient and powerful.$1,839.92 -

I've always wanted to build a PC, especially a watercooled one, so I went all out for my first build! I mainly built it for gaming and VR, but I also want to get into streaming or recording a bit. Currently, my main 5 games are GTA V, Dead By Daylight, Fall Guys, Beat Saber, and Phasmophobia (it's even better in VR).There won't be a need to upgrade most of my parts for at least 5 years, but it is expected to last me 10 years with proper maintenance and partial upgrades around 5 years. I'm sorry Bitwit, I still haven't replaced the PCIe/Motherboard cables with custom ones!! Total cost of everything ended up being close to $6000$4,610.90 -

I use this machine to relax after work, I am a chemical engineer working in aerospace research and it gets very stressful to say the least! I tried making it as high end as possible: Intel i9 11900K Z590 Vision D RTX 3070 FE (3090 Vision coming in a week!) SN850 1Tb 2 Intel 760p 1Tb Corsair QL Fans Corsair RMX850 Corsair 680X Case Corsair H150i, should've done a H115i to top mount though! I stream on twitch.tv/Ozone510, always on with friends just roasting each other while playing VALORANT or spooky games! I helped each and everyone of my friends build their computers and I scored them each a 3000 series GPU through a lot of hard work and luck, constantly checking all sites, all the time! It's possible everyone. I so far have helped 11 people this year score a GPU at MSRP, or as close as I can get to it! Good luck everyone and have fun!$3,939.93 -

I purpose built this PC for my two kids so that they could each have a computer/work station to do general homework and classes on zoom. The PC needed to be small, low key yet look good and clean, and fit into the bookshelf between their desk. I thought it would be a nice touch for the PC to be able to play games on the TV so I installed NES, Super NES, and N64 emulators on it with several games for each emulation. Everything is directly wired up to the PC including the TV. Because of their ages, I didn't want any wires to be seen since the room is also their play area. In the near future, I will put a multiseat software on the PC to complete the build out.$799.61 -

She was created mainly for gaming and streaming. I am a novice switching over from console gaming so I am still navigating through the games available. So far I've enjoyed completing Jedi: Fallen Order (Look Ma, I'm a Jedi now!) and occasionally I'll play Apex Legends. As of right now, I am planning on trying out Horizon Zero Dawn, Baldur's Gate 3, and maybe even Outriders. I would really love to continue to push the limits of this PC's capabilities, especially since I was lucky enough to get a 3080 from MC. Honestly in hindsight I wish I would have started this build earlier due to the pc component shortage. That way I could have avoided the battle royal that is pc part procurement. My main focus was to complete a white build which only added to the difficulty. I would say if you're completing your own build right now, be patient and keep in mind certain parts require different rgb software that won't sync up once booted up. One thing worth mentioning is it doesn't hurt to be "thrifty" on certain parts. I waited for some of my parts to go on sale before purchasing and even bought my CPU as an open box.$2,720.36 -
