I built it because I always stuck to consoles and I wanted more power out of my games. Plus I had a really bad laptop so I took this as an opportunity to build a good pc. I run all sorts of games on this computer from cyberpunk, GTA, cod, anything my heart desires$1,147.93 -

I built this PC as a entry level gaming/content creation pc, I play games like fortnite, overwatch two, and terraria. I was running on a 10 year old hp computer that could barely run games over 50 fps. I decided it was time for a upgrade without breaking the bank, and still could end up lasting for give or take 5-7 years. This computer is for those looking for price to performance and those who are used to the AMD environment. Some of these parts I have used in this setup are used components such as the motherboard which I got for around 80 dollars and the cpu which I got for $160 used. NOTE: as there is oddly no cpu water cooling kits option, here is the model (Cooler Master MasterLiquid ML360L) which is $120 dollars.$1,221.96 -

Built because old system would not take Windows 11 and the graphics card was not sufficient for Bethesda's upcoming title Starfield. The case is large enough to take my DVD player and to "hide" most of the drives "under" the motherboard. With four fans (3 intake and 1 exhaust) it has plenty of cooling for the CPU and Graphics card. Moterboard WiFi antenna included has two "micro" coax connectors and cable is too short for good under-desk placement of tower. Top has the on-off button, color mode button, audio ports and 2 USB 3 type A ports. Top ports are USB 3.0 but inside is not blue. Gray on black writing is not a favorite due to lack of contrast.$1,124.94 -

This was used to replace the now non-functional Xbox one S that I used to play on. (Green screen of death). It isn't used for streaming or any other form of content creation. I play older and esports games. Nothing serious that requires current generation or even last generation hardware. I don't think I'll be upgrading anything on this PC in the future. Maybe a case swap and some RGB fans, but that's about it.$661.86 -

It's tiny and it handles 1440p like...well not like a champ, but well enough for a Final Fantasy XIV and a few shooters. It's probably a bit overkill for what I actually play on it, but it was way more fun to build this than to unbox a laptop.$1,184.57 -

I built it back in February 2020 with friends, my entire friend group has always been in love with computers and when I finally got the money to build my own everyone helped out. It's decorated with all sorts of random stickers and nick-nacs, D&D/game themed pins and even an old pocket watch on the front. As far as games go you name it, I've got a capture card so I can play ps2 games through OBS. A true assortment of games to say the least, Minecraft, Foundry, Space engineers, Dishonored, Half life (both older half life games and half life alyx on pcvr), Metro games, Phas, Mirror edge... the list goes on for miles. There is not much to say on what I would want different, I will likely upgrade the gpu and cpu in the future but that feels years and years away from now. Regardless of what game I try to throw at it from when I built it to now, the system holds up. All that has changed with it from the day I first turned it on is the addition of another 2x8gb RAM kit, another 2TB HDD and a noctua cooler. Compared to the laptop I had previously this feels like owning a super computer. I went from a 940m laptop gpu and an i7-5500U which at the time of building my pc would idle at 80-100% cpu usage when running anything including a single chrome tab to a computer where I can host a dedicated space engineers server for me and my friends to play on together blows my mind to this day.$1,695.19 -

Had a budget of around $800, and got a SUPER SOLID rig. Micro center had great deals with their bundles and got a killer deal! This is a massive upgrade, and now can easily run games with my 144hz monitor. What a great experience, and I appreciate Kenny helping me chose these parts for my budget!$1,031.92 -

The main purpose of building this pc was to be able to play games and do work at the same time. The main game I play is Fortnite, and since the 6650xt is a decent card, I can get around 250 fps in game on performance mode. In the future, I plan on upgrading my gpu and my case. The gpu I got is not the best for my cpu(12700k), and a 6800xt would have been a better choice. I also decided to budget my case, which was a huge mistake, since the case I got used molex connectors and it was hard to take off the gpu brackets.$986.91 -

I wanted to go for something that was modestly priced, that would be able to handle any current game that you throw at it as well as perform efficiently when using CAD software and Game dev engines. My last build was a couple years back and was a very cheap $300 build that was fine for the first two years but then couldn't run your more demanding games and so I wanted to future proof my build for the next 5 years$1,033.93 -
