I built this new gaming PC so I can hand me down my current one to my Son as we both play together. We mainly play FPS games and currently playing Dying Light 2 and Valhiem together. I was in a Clan and an Server Admin before for Return to castle Wolfenstein in its hay days. This is my 3rd built and my last built was a Thermaltake Level 10 with i5 7th Gen.with a 1080ti. I used Asus Prime Z690-A MB. Remember to update the BIOS before installing Windows 10/11. .load Learn it the hard way. Once you boot from the Usb, first thing you should do is update all the Drivers for the MB. You can run a Armory Crate software from ASUS which can do everything for you. Try to connect all the LED fans through Sata power so no loads go on the MB. Please check my Pics and I hope you guys will like it :) Specially check the reverse format with the Motherboard upside down,$3,929.88 -

On weekends it’s for gaming and watching YouTube and on weekdays it’s for homework and if I have time (which I won’t) it’s for the same stuff as weekends. I build this desktop with the goal in mind to take (almost) all the components from my existing build and assemble them into a mini-itx based system. Of course, to do this I needed a different motherboard so I went from a z690 to a b660. I don't plan to overclock so the features lost from moving away from a z690 motherboard don't really affect me. This particular itx case (NR200P) comes with both tempered glass and vented aluminum panels as options. I chose the vented panel for better temperatures. Gaming performance in titles I play (which right now is Elden Ring) is just as solid as when I have this build on a larger atx form factor.$1,784.92 -

I have always wanted to build a PC since my freshman year in high school. All my friends either built their own or got a semi-complete build kit already. Now I am in my first year of college, I have finally saved up enough money to do it. The installation process went pretty smoothly, except I had to buy extension cables for the power supply because the stock cable wasn't long enough. Overall, everything went well and I enjoyed the building process.$1,549.94 -

I haven't really gamed much in the past. However, recently I've been into story-ish type games, like Jedi Fallen Order, Horizon: Zero Dawn, and Guardians of the Galaxy, but I've also enjoyed puzzle games as well like The Talos Principle and Portal 2. I also enjoyed Control, even if I played it with the sound off to keep it less creepy :) If you noticed in the build, there isn't a graphics card... I upgraded to this desktop from a laptop with a 1650Ti, but have been using GeForce Now to play games in the meantime until graphics cards become available/more reasonable in price. Hopefully I don't run out of fun things to play in the meantime... In hindsight, I may have gone a bit overkill with a 12600k/Z690/D15s build... time will tell. Thankfully, I stalked and bought almost everything on sale so hopefully didn't overpay way too much. Eventually, I might pick up a small/tasteful amount of RGB, but I'm a little leery of losing performance/having lags due to RGB software as I've heard horror stories.$1,088.85 -
