My personal gaming rig I decided to dedicate to msi for their amazing customer support and awesome products. They have never let me down and have never disappointed me with anything they release! Knowing I was going with msi, I wanted to get all of their top products within reason. The case and power supply are the only two products msi offeres that I decided to not use. The only parts reused from my last build are the Sabrent Rocket 2TB PCIe 4.0 M.2 SSD and the Thermaltake Core P5 case. My previous build was water-cooled, but I am returning to air-cooled for this build. Water-cooling adds weight and the drain and refill maintenance cycle is taxing. My old temps were in the 40°C range under load with occasional peaks up to 50°C. This system runs at 60°C under load with peaks up to 70°C. I view this as sort of a "sleeper." Not a lot of RGB or fluff, but with an AMD 7800X3D CPU and Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4090 GPU, it runs everything as well as can be run .. today. My last build lasted four years before it couldn't run the latest games fluidly. I'm hoping for around that with this one. Check back in four years. (I removed the smoked tempered glass in the pictures because the reflections were irritating.)$3,681.94 -

I got into sim racing last summer playing ACC very casually on my GF's pc. As I got more into the hobby I wanted to upgrade to a triple monitor setup. This meant upgrading the PC as well and getting a monitor stand. I decided to go all in and spring for a 4090 and 7800X3D, and took advantage of microcenters bundle deal with the cpu/ram/mobo. Shortly after getting the monitor stand. I end up getting a cockpit as well. I regret purchasing the monitor stand and cockpit separately. I should have just gotten the TK P1 Pro bundle, i would have gotten an upgraded cockpit along with the keyboard tray and mouse pad for the same price . Im still very happy with my current setup. Gonna hold off on any more upgrades for the time being, even though I am a bit tempted to upgrade my wheelbase/wheel lol. Thanks to my local Microcenter for providing great customer service and having a wide selection of sim racing gear.$3,591.93 -

It could fit a 4080 eagle oc no problem. I opted for a vertical mount to utilize 140mm fans mounted on the side panel, but this is only advisable on this mesh variant. I think brown industrial noctua fans complements the front wooden aesthetic, and they perform well. The icegiant cooler with the 7700x works wonders too.$3,417.17 -

I built this PC in the midst of the GPU Shortage, with parts salvaged from a prebuilt gaming machine. There are no original parts left in the case at this point, but it all started with migrating the build from the original case to the Lian Li Lancool II for improved airflow. I'll also say that case-swapping a prebuilt is more work than building from scratch. From there, over the next two years, I would go on to upgrade the power supply, RAM, GPU, AIO cooler, and added Lian Li RGB Strimer cables for extra FPS! Just two days ago, I swapped the original motherboard and CPU for one of microcenters AMD bundles and now this thing is in its penultimate form. I plan to get rid of all of the RGB and put this born-again-and-again beast into a Fractal North XL case, as much like this PC has matured over the last few years, so have my tastes...even if it means I'll lose some FPS due to lack of RGB.$3,192.90 -

This computer build is designed for recording videos, AI research, streaming, and gaming, with a Ryzen 5900x processor, RTX 4090 graphics card, and 32 GB of RAM. It can handle MOBA and FPS games like Dota, Overwatch, and CS:GO at the highest settings with smooth performance, and allows for AI research and experimentation with machine learning models. (Since taking the photos I have corrected the fan orientation lol) This build is what I use every day for gaming, creating music, and school. I have built a few computers (I'm 20) with my first GPU having been a GTX 650, so this build is awesome for me. I couldn't come up with a good name so I called it the everything PC because I can do everything I need to on it (or want to because we don't need to be gaming on hardware this nice lol). Every spec is maxed out to benefit the specific areas I could face in my future, compiling code, rendering 3D objects, producing music, etc.$2,890.81 -

Paired with a 144hz monitor, it delivers excellent performance in GPU and CPU intensive games. Played through Cyberpunk: Phantom Liberty 2.0 with ray tracing on low and native 1440p (no upscaling) and was able to get a solid 60 (sometimes more depending on location). Will be swapping ram with a RAM kit from the motherboards QVL list soon, with tighter timings and hopefully a working XMP.$2,587.78 -

I've always wanted to build my own tower since I was a kid so here it is. My first. It's obviously built for gaming but can also be easily utilized for other purposes. Yes I know!! I cheaped out on the motherboard... probably a future upgrade but this one is perfectly fine for now. The build itself didn't take that long, the fan/rgb hub in the case was wired incorrectly and took me way too long than it should to figure it out. LOL I GOT IT!!! Occasionally on my days off I will stream alone or with friends who may also stream. If you're interested my tag is Terror666Billy and yes I follow/support back. Not setup for video right now but will use the mic if there's some chat happening. I'm not ready to take the plastic off the glass panel yet so, sorry for the slight blur in the pictures.$2,409.92 -

I built this computer because I want to play modern games at 4k@120Hz and I also need to run code/simulation for my research and my laptop simply is not fast enough. I built this computer with upgradability in mind, so when choosing parts, I made sure that they will be compatible for the years to come, and that's why I choose the new AM5 platform (supported till at least 2025 according to AMD) with DDR5 and PCIE gen5 support. Cost is another great factor. I am still a student and have limited budget, so I choose Microcenter for the most expensive parts because it offers very generous discount (especially for Ryzen 7000 series!!!) Now my computer is without graphics card, but I am planning to pick up a Radeon 7900xtx soon at Microcenter tomorrow!$2,273.95 -

This bill is essentially me future proofing my system with one of the most powerful chip set on the market as well as GPU.
