I started with a 10th Gen Intel i5, an MSI motherboard, 16GB of DDR4 RAM, and the onboard GPU. First, I upgraded to a GTX 1660 Super, but now I'm rocking an RTX 4070, which has taken my gaming experience to the next level. And I'm not stopping there—I'm planning to upgrade to a new motherboard, a 14th Gen Intel i7, and 16GB of DDR5 RAM. This setup is going to be an absolute beast!

  Brand new build for early February 2024. The Gigabyte Aorus Z790 Master X using Intel's 14700k CPU and Sapphire's 7900 xtx... Brand new build for early February 2024. The Gigabyte Aorus Z790 Master X using Intel's 14700k CPU and Sapphire's 7900 xtx 24GB GPU has brought my gaming into the front lines of 2024. I currently play games like GTA V online, MWIII, Minecraft, and a little W.O.W. I haven't started streaming yet, but this was built with the best experience in mind. This machine should last me for the next 8+ years with enough capabilities to easily be relevant until the end. Without getting too deep into the metrics, I am able to run MWIII at maximum settings and still avg. ~230 FPS. I am only using dual 1080p monitors by the way, but that is going to be upgraded to 4k monitors to match the quality of my new build. On the side, I have an older model Yamaha receiver, HTR-6240, a 5.1 channel Surround sound experience like no other on a desktop PC.
