My highschool had a two week course where we could learn and build our own computers, we had a budget of 500$ and the choice to add extra from our own money. This is my first build and I am very happy with how it turned out. Using our budgets, I bought the 400$ bundle at Micro Center that contained, Intel Core i9 12900K, ASUS Prime Z790-V WIFI motherboard, and the G.skill Ripjaw 32 Gb 2 x 16 ram. Additionally, I got a PowerSpec PS 650GSM 650 W power supply, a DeepCool AG400, and a Seagate Laptop Thin 500 GB 7200RPM SATA 6 GB/s 32 MB Cache 2.5 Inch Hard Disk Drive. Using my own money, I bought a Inland X1 black case, two Inland TN320 NVMe M.2 storage SSD's, and a Nvidia RTX 3050. I am very thankful I took this course and I am very content with how my PC turned out, it runs most games I play at high to max graphics (I mostly play RTS such as Men of War or Total War games). The total cost of this build was roughly 800$ USD with me paying around 270$ from my own pocket.$1,122.93 -

I'm a TikTok & Amazon Content Creator where I review products on Amazon and post tech and PC content to TikTok. I'm slowly trying to build my tech audience up and up to the point where I am the king of all custom-PC's and PC modding. My goal with TikTok is for people to see me make the most unique PC builds anyone has ever seen. I built this PC as the first stepping stone in that unique aspect. The PC frame was only available through Amazon thus why it's not visible on the part list.$1,440.91 -

This build is specifically designed for 1440p High FPS on High to Max settings. I decided that Ray-Tracing was a feature I didn't really care for or notice even when it was on. I didn't want to break the bank either. I started with absolutely nothing not even a mouse and keyboard. So that will skew the price a little higher. But if you're already equipped and just going for a new PC build this one is great! Without the monitor but including Windows license and the usb to update the bios you're looking at about $1550.00. NOTE - The motherboard, processor, and first 16GB of ram was in a bundle. The graphics card was on sale for 649 and included a 50 dollar discount when purchased with any processor. Your price may vary depending on the bundles available along with any sales going on. Honestly this may not be the highest end equipment, but spending any more will result in diminishing returns. You could get an RTX 4080 or whatever but unless your going for ray tracing we're talking about getting 10 to 20 more frames more than the 140 to 170 for AAA games for 270 to 290 for e-sports games at high/max settings than your already getting. It's just not worth it in my eyes. This, in my eyes, is just the perfect build.$1,405.93 -

Keeping things updated with minimal RGB lighting and plenty of room for upgrades later like m.2, ssd, and ram. With the micro center promotion, i went with i5 12600k and paired it with z690-plus tuf wifi d4, radeon 6950 xt reference card (best stealth looking card in black). I got the big air cooler, deepcool ak620, so if i wanted to overclock the cpu it will be plenty to handle. Top that up with gskill ripjaws ddr4-3200 32gb, wd sn770 1tb and corsair rx850x. The lian li 216 case has plenty of room, best air flow with the 2 160mm fans in the front and the best cable management system. I got all the cables tied up without using a single zip-tie. Overall i believe this is the best bang for your bucks pc build.$1,387.92 -

Find everything on sale and don’t go overboard. Find a good CPU and MOB combo deal and save some money. I used the i7-12700 and the Z690-plus wifi DDR5. Great combo. Graphics cards are harder because they are overpriced. I used the AMD Rx 6950 XT because the bang for the buck factor. It was on sale and an Nvidea equivalent would have cost hundreds more. It is a beast too. I shopped Micro Center sales. The case is very important and Fractal design is the best. SuperNova power supply is reliable. Good memory vs cheap…don’t cheap out on this! Trident Z5 is the best. Have fun and watch YouTube how to videos.$2,217.41 -

I began with the stock Intel 12th gen cooler but decided I needed something better looking so I upgraded to the ID-Cooling AIO because it matched my aesthetic. Runs all of the games I have at 1080p high settings. I play Seige, Ark, Rocket League and some smaller games like Phasmophobia and War Thunder as of right now. I also used the Tecware Phantom 87 keyboard chassis to make a completely custom keyboard. I tape modded, bought Akko Radiant Red switches, lubed them with Gliging 205 GO, and bought YMDK PBT Keycaps to match the grey theme I had going. Mic is an old Turtle Beach Stealth 400 I got when the PS4 first came out and has worked like a dream since then. Also using a Logitech g502 as my mouse.$943.94 -

A complete beast of a PC that I have spent 1.3k on- The Pros: - Runs fast and has DLSS 2.0 Compatibility - Quiet, barely makes a sound - Has easily swapable parts that help with upgrades and the like. The Cons: - Silicon is Expensive :D - No Heatsink on I/O for MoBo, and only one heatsink for 2nd NVME Slot (No surprise there) - Will have to upgrade in 5 years or so What is it used for? - Content Creation, more specifically 1080p Video Editing and the like - Gaming, and lots of it thanks to the graphics it can pull off - Just messing around and whatever I need it to do. The Core i5 pulls it's weight by the ton, I've never used something this fast before. Advice- I actually got my Monitor from Costco, it's only 199.99 and runs like a dream. Also, be careful with the case screws, if you don't get them right the first time putting in your GPU will be a nightmare. Also, for GPUs, if you intend on getting an EVGA brand one look for their B-stock, it often eliminates anywhere from 30-100 dollars off their cards ;) Overall, happy with my first build and would 10/10 Recommend$1,041.91
