Except for gaming at anything higher than ultra low. Other than the crippling old hardware, this pc for the use in a lan scenario and actually got a lot of mileage out of them playing csgo, tf2, and other old title. Made cheaply into a gaming pc, its performance can't be beat, costing around $100 to put together. It might be slow, but man the PC Case makes it look so fast.$116.00 -

I built this rig mainly because I wanted a solid gaming setup that could handle anything I throw at it without trouble. It's got an RTX 3080, which means I get great frame rates on basically all games. I'm mostly into FPS games and some open-world adventures. Games like Elden Ring, CP2077, Baldur's Gate 3, and COD Warzone run smooth, even on high settings. Looking ahead, I might bump up the RAM a bit more if I start getting into heavier video editing or 3D modeling. Also, a dual monitor setup is definitely on the cards for a better multitasking experience, especially when I'm using the PC for work purposes. If I had to do it all over again, maybe I'd go for a slightly faster CPU to future-proof it a bit more, but honestly, I'm pretty happy with how it turned out.$947.92 -

I built this to handle the games I play, alongside being my general purpose machine for school and general things. I put this together mainly because I needed a powerhouse that could handle my gaming needs without breaking a sweat. I'm mostly into AAA titles—think Cyberpunk 2077, Witcher 3, and some of the newer FPS games like Call of Duty: Warzone. This rig handles them at high settings without any hiccups. The 850W power supply gives me plenty of overhead for overclocking too. Looking back, I might have gone with a 2TB SSD because these games don’t just sit light on storage, and it fills up quick. Down the line, I’m considering adding another SSD for more space, maybe even pushing it to a full custom loop for cooling just to get that extra performance edge and maintain aesthetics.$1,359.92 -

I do a lot of casual gaming, but I enjoy playing with the graphics cranked up most of the time so I chose the parts based on the fact that I'll be using it for everyday use like YouTube, Discord, Twitch and gaming. I do stream but it isn't often, and despite all of the problems with Intel I'm happy to say that so far at least I have been able to keep my rig at stock settings and haven't had any issues since I built the pc over 9 months ago .$2,679.93 -

Being able to have more tabs opened and running multiple games at once has never been more sweaty. Playing world of Warcraft or team fight tactics with one or two RuneScape clients on the side doing AFK tasks has been more enjoyable with no lag.$1,180.93 -

I built this PC as a balanced rig for gaming, multitasking, and working from home. It should run most modern games at high or ultra settings in 1080p and 1440p, with optimized performance at 4K for certain titles. The Ryzen 5 has relatively good performance for the price, and enough cores to handle working from home or multitasking. I'm generally not too fussed about the CPU performance, and it works well enough. I primarily play games like Valorant, League of Legends, Call of Duty Warzone, CS2, and GTA V. It also handles more demanding titles like Cyberpunk 2077, God of War, and Watch Dogs Legion quite well at 1080p, thanks to the RTX 3060. In hindsight, I might upgrade the RAM to 32GB down the line to future-proof the system for heavier multitasking or more demanding games. The 850W PSU is a bit overkill for now but gives me room to upgrade the GPU or add more components in the future, so I think that it was a good investment. Overall, I'm happy with the build, and the white case with glass looks super clean, especially with the RGB lighting.$807.92 -

Built this gaming PC with a RTX 3080, all parts purchased used through various marketplaces to keep within the 800$ budget. Felt that even with the 11700kf is enough for what I need it for and the 3080 is able to play games without issues at 1440p. Mainly playing Apex Legends, League of Legends, and other various games (that do not take too much space). I did try to get into the latest Modern Warfare, but opted out as it takes a lot of SSD space which I am limited to on the 512GB drive here.$770.00
