I built this as a new personal PC build since I sold my old personal build recently. I use it to play games like Minecraft, Genshin, League, Valorant, etc., and use it for CAD projects. If I were to do things differently I would've gotten the white version of the graphics card but nonetheless the PC has satisfied my expectations. I also only paid around $500 for the system which satisfies my budget expectations.$514.99 -

I mainly use this computer for very light gaming, I usually play strategy games like Mindustrry and Bloons with some Team Fortress 2 in the mix. I also do some extremely light video editing in my free time, so that's what the 32 Gigs of ram is for. I need absolute silencer so that's why it's just raw heatsink mass. Kinda a cablemess, but who's gonna look back there? (totally)$1,124.95 -

Replaced my Dell Latitude E7470 that got at most about 12fps playing GTA Online and Divinity 2. It was not too difficult at all, despite being a small form factor. I do not expect to upgrade it or rebuild for many years to come, except maybe to add custom cabling. (but the stock power cables are working fine)$1,151.89 -

This build is the result of many, many case swaps and hardware changes due to my interests varying over time. I started off with the NR200P as my first SFF build, and I wanted to go smaller. I then swapped to the NZXT H1 due to its great price with how much you're getting. While I liked the size of the H1, I felt the need to switch back to the NR200P due to cooling being a limiting factor. After that, I managed to get a Meshlicious for free, and I swapped to it for a good while. I then swapped to a mid-tower build momentarily due to me getting some awesome deals for hardware, but in the end, I much prefer smaller builds. What prompted the switch from ATX is me getting an NCase M1 V6.1 for under $150. While the M1 is the smallest case I've owned up to this point, I wanted smaller. It was then that I managed to buy a black Dan A4 H20 with the Gen4 riser for just $80. That is what I'm settling with for some time. This is very much a gaming rig, but I also want it to be quiet to the point where I can hardly hear it. The new EK Nucleus 240mm AIO serves just that. It's a great cooler, but I do occasionally hear the pump for whatever reason. The fans are also relatively quiet, so I'm satisfied with noise. I've moved through several GPUs already, hoping that I'd settle with one. At the end, I'm using the Midnight Black Reference RX 6800XT. I definitely plan on upgrading to the 13600K so I can fully utilize the ram's speed. As for the games I play, it simply depends on what I feel like playing. Sometimes, I'll play FPS games, and other times I'll be playing more hard to run but "casual" games such as Doom Eternal, God of War, and the Spider-Man games.$1,377.00 -

I discovered a damaged Digital Storm computer, which I gently upgraded over the course of a few weeks. I had to buy a new one when testing revealed that the motherboard had a dead RAM slot. On Facebook, I came across the ideal one and grabbed it. Place an eBay bid for the aio and power supply. purchased the case and two new sticks of ram from Amazon. Had a used 2070 lying around that I basically acquired for free but listed for 150 dollars. I sold this for $1100 and threw in a slightly modified Redragon keyboard that he really loved. It's a powerful computer. played numerous games with high requirements at 60 frames per second or higher. The case and fans were beautiful to look at as well. The front should be mesh, though.$1,512.94 -

This is my sff PC that I built for general work but is capable of PC gaming! I wanted to go with a sff PC since space is limited and I liked the idea of having something compact but powerful. The graphics card was a carry over from my old PC but it'll probably be upgraded later down the line. Temperature isnt an issue as of now but with components demanding more power draw, temps are bound to rise as well. The solution? - custom fan mounting solutions in the near future!$1,529.97 -

This is a new home machine to replace my venerable but arthritic 3rd Gen i7. The old machine was a Shuttle SZ77r5 with 32 GB of RAM and an i7-3770k with an EVGA NVidia 1650 (the only part that has survived into the new build). The new machine is quite an upgrade, with an i7-14700 and 64 GB of RAM, Two WD black 850x SSDs running NVMe (2TB and 4TB), all housed in a Phanteks Evo Shift XT case, cooled with a Cooler Master 240 Atmos ARGB AIO. The new Case is an even tighter fit than the old Shuttle case, though longer and taller. The case has a nice solid feel though it's not great for travel. I'm happy that it comes with a front USBC and USB3.1 port. Unfortunately the integrated color selector and mode switches running off the integrated infinity panel, don't talk to the ASRock RGB controller and are just overridden by it, so no front panel button control for lighting unless I dump the MB integration. Securing the Micro-ITX board required tweezers and patience to line up everything, particularly on the bottom, and some of the CPU and Fan headers end up right at the bottom of the case since the MB ends up almost upside down, making it a challenge to connect them after mounting the board. I'm fairly happy with the cable routing otherwise, though I do wish the bottom of the Phanteks chassis (it sits inside the Aluminum outer case) did come apart for easier access, but it is unfortunately riveted to the chassis elements instead of screwed in. It would also be a nice place to mount a fan at the bottom of the case, and it would provide welcome access to the 'top' of the MB for all the FAN headers and mounting screws. But I'm satisfied overall. I do plan to upgrade the graphics card (Christmas maybe), but this is much more of a general purpose DEV/IT Admin/Home PC and I don't game much so it's not that pressing to me. Right now I use it to support a number of Virtualbox VMs and for personal development work.$1,732.94 -

I mainly wanted to create a compact desktop build that would not hold back my recently-acquired 3070 Ti. I ultimately decided to build in the NZXT H1 since it has such a small footprint on a desk. This is a build that I built for my dad that will hopefully last him around 5 years. He plans to use it mainly for coding, Photoshop, website design and video editing. Therefore plenty of RAM was necessary along with lots of fast storage. He also did not want it to take up too much desk space or be loud, hence the NR200 case and the Phanteks T30s. He didn't need anything too crazy for the processor and graphics card, although this will still be a huge upgrade from his current laptop.$1,919.91 -

I built this PC primarily for gaming, as gaming is my passion and a way for me to relax and connect with friends. Build Purpose: I day trade using Thinkorswim, bookmap, and tradingview on two 1440p widescreen monitors. I also run a smaller monitor with OBS set to record the two larger ones. Thinkorswim is mostly a single core application so I wanted a processor with great single core performance. Bookmap is extremely RAM hungry so I went with 64gb to give me some headroom with everything else I'm running. I saved some money on the GPU front; bookmap does benefit from GPU acceleration but I just really needed the GPU to run 3 monitors. I've been wanting to put some of my profits to use. Building thoughts: I had to RMA my first Asrock Z790, the I/O shield was bent and a part that was screwed in had broken off the board. The 2nd one was perfect. Also, I was worried about clearing the AIO tubing around the Dominators because they're so tall, but I saw another post with the tubes routing over the RAM heatsinks and they ended up fitting well. Finally, I went with an 850W PSU just in case I want to upgrade my GPU eventually. Overall, I'm very happy with my build!$2,184.92 -

My computer build is a multi-purpose system and also a love letter to the amazing retro cases from Caselabs. Caselabs went bankrupt in 2018 due to the increase in import tariffs. So, to this day, finding any Caselabs product is rare and treated as collectible. My computer build features a Caselabs S3 with a black interior and white exterior. It is water-cooled using EKWB fittings and waterblocks. The coolant is a Mayhems pastel coolant that changes colors from yellow to green depending on the light. I use my computer for school, but I also built it to play 4k games without breaking a sweat. Some of the best games I've played using this computer are Death Stranding, Horizon Zero Dawn, SMITE, and Elden Ring. Some improvements I would make would be to make the custom cables shorter, just so I can reach the drain valve a little easier.$2,336.93 -
