So I have an Xbox series x but I kept it in my room hooked up to my monitor and my brother and I would always fight for it because I wanted to play my games but he wanted to play his, so one my my cousin he had built himself a computer and recommended it, my father he used to build computers in college so had had some experience so he agreed that I should build myself a computer since I like playing on kbm. So after moths of research I got my parts and built it. At the moment I play Microsoft flight simulator 2020, Fortnite, Minecraft, Roblox, Call of duty warzone, geometry dash, and some more and I also use it for school work and personal stuff$1,339.94 -

I built this to replace a 10+ year old gaming PC that was starting to show it's age. I mostly play older games like Unreal Tournament 2004, COD, etc., and wanted something reliable that would run smoothly on my 2K monitors. I also wanted to go RGB for the "coolness" factor (don't judge me) and provide some ambient lighting in the room while playing. In addition to the components listed below, I went with Corsair iCUE LINK QX120 RGB fans and a Corsair iCUE Link RGB LCD AIO because I liked the LCD screen showing system temps or pictures. I also purchased a custom 12VHPR cable with a right angle connection for the GPU and also plugs directly into the PSU (not an extender). The length on it is perfect so there are no sharp bends which is highly recommended with these HPR cables. These extra components added about $550 to the cost, so the total cost for the system was about $2,500.$1,938.94 -

Built to run Asetto Corsa, Assetto Corsa Competizione and iRacing with ease. Built just after building a new Simlabs P1X Pro and obtaining Simagic alpha mini, GT Neo and P1000 pedals. The PC has no issue running triple 1440 165hz monitors and there has been no signs of heat or stress after long hours of racing. Great build and super stable.. It's paired with an RTX 4080 GPU for the ability to handle 4K graphics. My original plan was to get an RTX 4090, but its performance gain per dollar is not as great compared to an RTX 4080. It was the right choice. This build is enough to run all modern games in 4K while maintaining a respectable 120 FPS+.$2,859.94 -

It's the 2023 holiday sale season, and I was able to get everything on sale! The CPU and Motherboard combo from Microcenter is awesome. I saved over $150 by buying them together. Took me a day to put it together and everything boots up and works perfectly. I will be using this for gaming. And I play mainly FPS games like COD and APEX.$2,594.94 -

The aim was to be able to handle 1440p with reasonable 120FPS+ and high graphic fidelity. After reading a lot of builds and watching comparison videos online, I concluded with this build. The assembly was smooth sailing. I'm pleased with the result, everything turned out as I planned and the performance is beyond what I had anticipated. I was able to get the following score from UserBenchmarks: Game 316%, Desk 126%, Work 397% CPU: Intel Core i7-14700K - 130.3% GPU: Nvidia RTX 4070-Ti - 252% RAM: G Skill Intl F5-6000J3040F162x16GB - 194.5%$2,204.92 -

A standing desk or a comfortable chair makes what you do, fun longer. This PC build was not to be a disco, but a cool expression of clean. Finding an empty room and making it a space to create was the goal. Set-up includes: Intel 14700k, 7900xtx pulse, 216 Lian Li case, MSI Z690 Carbon, 32gb OLOy DDR5 Blade 6800MHz, Samsung 990Pro 2TB. 2x LG 32" 2k monitors. 2x PC under desk holders from HUANUO. Best part of this build was the Microcenter staff, quick to answer questions. Helped me with the AIO and case recommendations. In and out of the store in 30 minutes. Thanks!$2,346.93 -

This build has been a work in progress for well over 2 years ever since my 'gaming' laptop died, but this project remained on the backburner for quite some time as prices on GPU's were hard to justify for a long time. In the meantime I replaced my laptop with a Macbook but the screen on that is rather small and gaming isn't really an option. So here we are, the PC build with a modern GPU faster than 2080 Super with all the bells and whistles. The older titles I play run exceptionally at 4K Max and even Cyberpunk is playable thanks to DLSS. I feel like I can accomplish anything with this PC, whether its business related AutoCad work to using it as a network-wide home NAS server. I went with the Lian Li case not only b/c it's become iconic on the internet, but also b/c it's spacious having room for a secondary power supply as Der Bauer described it. This means I can easily upgrade anything down the road as I plan on keeping the case for a long time. I should have waited for the newer 40 series cards as they're probably a better value, but frankly I doubt I'd notice the difference.$1,351.94
