I recently built this gaming PC with a focus on both performance and budget. The AMD Ryzen 5 5600 paired with the RX 6600 is great for playing modern games like Cyberpunk, Elden Ring, and Call of Duty: Warzone at 1080p with high settings. In the future, I might upgrade the storage to 1TB or consider adding more RAM to push into content creation. Looking back, I might have opted for a slightly higher-end CPU or GPU for future-proofing, but overall, I’m thrilled with how this build turned out.$792.92 -

Basically needed something to play modern games on high settings in 1080p or 1440p. My kids mainly use it for Minecraft and Roblox and also as an entry level to using a computer/games. Picked up a 5600x and paired with a Cooler Master 212 CPU cooler that is pretty reliable. Hopefully this entry level computer is enough.$659.99 -

The first time it ended on my brother's account and was not going to get the coupon since it had not been a month since he received another one. Talked to tech support saying they could not find the build I submitted and recommended that I try submitting it again. I submitted it the build again on Tuesday, to find my build deleted and not found. I did not delete it myself nor did I go to Micro Center's website. I only found out today that my build was gone and was frustrated. Please do not delete my build. I decided to build a new PC using the parts from my old HP Envy Desktop that I used for gaming. I named this project the "Scrap Build" because I had to scavenge for parts from various sources. I visited pawn shops and scoured eBay, Jawa, and Facebook Marketplace to find the needed components. Finally, I found a PC without a GPU on eBay for around $200. Despite the unconventional journey, I replaced the case with the AIR 903 MAX and felt a sense of accomplishment. Looking ahead, I plan to upgrade the 256GB SSD to a 2TB SSD, get a better monitor for 1440p gaming, and add some cosmetic designs inside the case. My current game library includes GTA V, Apex Legends, and Forza Horizon, but I'm open to expanding it as I spend more time on the PC. I would appreciate any tips or upgrade suggestions from those reading this. Thank you for taking the time to read about my PC build!$678.99 -
