This build was fueled by 1, needing a computer to use for everyday things, 2, wanting to play some light games like Minecraft and Portal, and 3, trying to remain within a decent budget. If I was to do it all over again, I would probably have gotten a better CPU. When I bought my CPU it cost me about $100 due to the silicon shortages of the past couple year; now it's only worth around $50.$574.97 -

I had a few parts left over from shuffling parts around between my main desktop and NAS box and decided to upgrade my wife's machine. Nothing spectacular here, just finding some good deals and some bargain parts to complete an upgrade. Overall works great, and didn't really encounter much problems with the Intel Arc card, which I was a bit worried about given the drivers aren't fully stable yet.$769.92 -

I built this PC for general purpose usage (web browsing, image editing, software development, maybe some light gaming, etc). I'm pretty happy with it overall. My only complaint might be that I can hear the fans quietly whirring when the room is quiet, but I suppose that's to be expected with a mesh case, and it's not really an issue. I will probably add a couple of HDDs from my old computer for additional storage, but the 1TB SSD is plenty of space and super fast. If I decide to get into PC gaming in the future, I will upgrade the graphics card when prices come down; but the T600 seems more than adequate for general usage.$939.93 -

I do a lot of music production using Pro Tools, Ableton, FL Studio, Reason Studio, and Video in Premiere Pro. This has turned out to be a great combination of parts. The CPU is running at about 4.8Hz without overclocking. I am running my programs off the SSD drive and content from the NVMe. I compromised on the video card because I am not gaming... doesn't matter... this card is running without any glitches and my monitor is crisper than it was before. I would like to add a 2Tb NVMe for all my sample content. ( I can only add run some of it on the 1Tb)$1,184.89
