This build was fueled by 1, needing a computer to use for everyday things, 2, wanting to play some light games like Minecraft and Portal, and 3, trying to remain within a decent budget. If I was to do it all over again, I would probably have gotten a better CPU. When I bought my CPU it cost me about $100 due to the silicon shortages of the past couple year; now it's only worth around $50.$574.97 -

I had a few parts left over from shuffling parts around between my main desktop and NAS box and decided to upgrade my wife's machine. Nothing spectacular here, just finding some good deals and some bargain parts to complete an upgrade. Overall works great, and didn't really encounter much problems with the Intel Arc card, which I was a bit worried about given the drivers aren't fully stable yet.$769.92 -

The purpose of the build was to first build a pc as I have never done that before and second to buy something that could be used to play any game. In hind sight I really don't know why, but I really dont have any games that can actually stress this PC. Normally I play older titles like MCC and some free to play games like CS.$1,249.94 -

Not a professional builder, but I did a lot of research on reddit and pc building sites. I came to the conclusion that with $1.5k budget it's best to get AMD cpu and gpus for the best performance. The build took me the whole day but got done eventually. It lights up on the first try. And it's been working great since. After installing the drivers, I had several games tested in 1440p, and they run perfectly smooth.$1,347.92 -

Will be used for streaming, recording, gaming, editing, and game dev. I love DMZ on my PS5, wanted to try on PC as well. Used the $399 AMD 7700x bundle at Micro Center, got the 7900xt Hellhound as well from there for $749. This saturates my ASUS 1440p gaming monitors with 200+ fps. Even after I did some undervolting on the CPU to bring the gaming temps from 75 to 65 (personal preference). Lian li fan packs to match the blue of the GPU. Asiahorse sleeved cables for blue theme.$1,489.94
