Is an item in stock?
At Micro Center, checking the availability of a product at your local store is quick and easy. Inventory information is refreshed every 15 minutes to provide accurate stock updates.
To check availability, simply look on the search results page or visit the product page, where the stock status is displayed under the price. If the status shows "25+ IN STOCK," there should be ample inventory for your visit. For lower stock levels or if you're traveling a significant distance, it's best to add the item to your cart and reserve it to ensure it's ready for you.

Do I need an appointment at the Knowledge Bar?
No appointment is necessary for repairs or services at the Micro Center Knowledge Bar—walk-ins are always welcome! If you'd prefer to skip the line, you can schedule an appointment online in advance.

What is the return policy?
If you need to return or exchange an item, simply bring it back to any Micro Center store for a full refund or exchange. Most products may be returned within 30 days, excluding desktop and notebook computers, tablets, processors, motherboards, drones, digital cameras (including broadcast cameras), camera lenses, projectors, cell phones, 3D printers, 3D scanners, VR headsets, headphones, AirPods, earbuds, over-the-ear products, and specific branded game simulator accessories which may be returned within 15 days of purchase. How long will my in store pickup order be held for?
In store pickup items are held for three (3) days, after which the order will be automatically canceled. You can always find the in-store reservation hold date in your pickup order confirmation email.
How can I get technical support with a product I purchased?
All products sold at Micro Center come with 60 day free Technical Support. If you're in need of assistance, contact our remote Technical Support experts
