How to use Spybot 2 to run a System Scan
Description: There is a new edition of Spybot Search and Destroy available - version 2. To use it, follow these directions:
- You can download and install the program from this location. There are different versions available to choose from. This article refers to the Free Edition for personal use, Version 2.x.
- Open the program.
- Select System Scan.
- Select Start a Scan.
- Let the scan go. This can take between a few minutes to a couple of hours depending on your computer.
- Once it's done scanning, select Fix selected.
