Only in-stock items are available for in-store pickup. If you don't want to pick up all your items, you'll need to place one order for delivery and a reservation for in-store pickup separately. Your reservation must be picked up within three calendar days. Once that time has expired, your items will automatically be returned and your credit card will not be charged.
*Select hours (all times local): 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Mon. - Sat. 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays. The 18 minute reservation processing begins at the time the reservation was placed online. Micro Center does not guarantee that all reservations will be complete within this designated time frame. Check your Reservation Ready email for details. Out-of-stock items will be cancelled. How do I purchase in-store pickup items online?
When you are ready to check out, select IN-STORE PICKUP from the drop down menu in your shopping cart. Choose the store location where you'd like to pick up your reserved items, then continue through our "Safe Shopping" checkout procedure.
Why do I need to bring payment to the store when I gave my credit card information during checkout on the site?
If you choose to Pay at the Store during checkout for in-store pickup reservations, your card is authorized to verify that it is valid. Your card is not charged during the online checkout process — the authorization is to keep your items reserved at the store. When you pick up your items at the store, you have the option to do more shopping and add more items to your pickup reservation, then purchase everything in one transaction.
If you chose the Pay Now option during online checkout, your credit card will be charged. When you arrive at the store your credit card will be used to verify your identity.

What if I can't pick up my reservation?
Your reservation will remain on hold for three calendar days. Once that time has expired, your items will automatically be returned and your credit card will not be charged. When using a debit card for “Pay Now” orders, please note that your card will be authorized for the total amount. If the order is cancelled, your bank or financial institution determines when the authorization hold will be released and funds made available.
Will I receive an email reservation confirmation?
When you check out online, your online reservation summary will be your reservation confirmation. Then, within 18 minutes, you'll receive a Reservation Ready email confirming your reservation and providing additional details. Note: to ensure you receive this email, please add email@example.com to your Safe Senders list.
Should I go to the store as soon as I place my reservation?
Please wait to receive your Reservation Ready email before heading to the store. If your items are not available, we'll email you with that information.
What if my reservation is not ready in 18 minutes?
We make every effort to complete reservations on time, but we cannot guarantee that all reservations will be ready in 18 minutes. Please wait for your Reservation Ready email before going to the store.
Where do I pick up my reservation?
To pick up your reservation, look for the In-Store Pickup Here sign. Feel free to shop more and talk with our Associates before you check out. If you chose the Pay at the Store option, you only need to check out once for all of your items. If you chose the Pay Now option, any items that you select while at the store will need to be paid for separately.
What if all my items aren't available?
You can pick up just the items that are available, or ask one of our Sales Associates to assist you in finding a substitute item. We do not ship products from one retail store location to another. We receive new shipments weekly, so we encourage you to try again in a few days. At this time, we are not able to offer back-in-stock notices or accept backorders.
Can I reserve some items for pickup and some to be shipped?
Yes. You will need to make a reservation for in-store pickup and an order for delivery separately.
Are there any items that cannot be reserved for pickup?
Yes. Products may not be available for in-store pickup due to manufacturer requirements or stock availability. In addition, products that are part of first-come, first-served in-store promotions, or included in special sales events cannot be reserved for pickup.
How much time do I have to pick up my reservation at the store?
You have three calendar days to pick up your reservation. Your Reservation Ready email will indicate the latest date for end-of-business-day pickup. Please pick up your reservation by the date specified. If not, your items will automatically be returned to the store and your credit card will not be charged. When using a debit card for “Pay Now” orders, please note that your card will be authorized for the total amount. If the order is cancelled, your bank or financial institution determines when the authorization hold will be released and funds made available.
What should I bring when I come to pick up my reservation?
If you selected Pay at the Store during online checkout, please bring a valid form of payment and a printed copy of your Reservation Ready email to help process your reservation faster.
If you selected Pay Now, please bring the same credit card used during online checkout so we can validate your identity.
Why are some items labeled LIMIT ONE PER HOUSEHOLD?
We're frequently able to offer you amazing deals - but in limited quantities. In order to make these hot offers available to more customers, we designate them LIMIT ONE PER HOUSEHOLD. When an item is limited, you'll be able to purchase just one, whether you choose in-store pickup or shipping. This limit encompasses all reservations placed under the same customer name, credit card number and/or shipping or billing address. If the stated limit is exceeded, your reservation will be adjusted or cancelled so that all customers have an equal chance to purchase these amazing deals.
