Your Store:
From the drop-down menu in the shopping cart, choose a store location to pick up your order. If you've already selected your favorite Micro Center location, it will be pre-selected in your cart. |
Your Order:
Continue through our safe shopping checkout procedure. Your items are placed on reserve, but you will need to pay for your items at the store. |
Your Request:
When your order is ready, you will receive a Pickup Order Ready email. Please bring a copy of this email along with a valid form of payment to claim your items. |
Your Items:
Once you arrive at the store, feel free to shop more at your leisure — you only need to check out once for all of your items. When you are ready to check out, go to the Internet Order In-Store Pickup area at the front of the store, and present a valid form of payment to purchase your items. |

Only in-stock items are available for in-store pickup. You'll need to place two separate orders, one for your in-store pickup items and one for delivery, if you don't want to pick up all your items. Your order must be picked up within 3 days. Once that time has expired, your items will automatically be returned and your credit card will not be charged.

11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sundays. The 18 minute order processing begins at the time the order was placed online. Micro Center does not guarantee that all orders will be complete within this designated time frame. Check your Pickup Order Ready email for details. Out-of-stock items will be cancelled. How do I purchase in-store pickup items online?
When you are ready to check out, select IN-STORE PICKUP from the drop down menu in your shopping cart. Choose the store location where you'd like to pick up your order, then continue through our "Safe Shopping" checkout procedure.
Why do I need to bring payment to the store when I gave my credit card information during checkout on the site?
For in-store pickup orders, your card is authorized to verify that it is valid. Your card is not charged during the checkout process — the authorization is to keep your items reserved at the store. When you pick up your items at the store, you have the option to do more shopping and add more items to your pickup order, then purchase everything in one transaction.
What if I can't pick up my order?
Your order will remain on hold for 3 days. Once that time has expired, your items will automatically be returned and your credit card will not be charged.
Will I receive an email order confirmation?
When you check out online, your online receipt will be your order confirmation. Then, within 18 minutes*, you'll receive a Pickup Order Ready email confirming your order and providing additional details. Note: to ensure you receive this email, please add csrs@microcenterorder.com to your Safe Senders list.
Should I go to the store as soon as I place my order?
Please wait to receive your Pickup Order Ready email before heading to the store. If your items are not available, we'll email you with that information.
What if my order is not ready in 18 minutes?
We make every effort to complete orders on time, but we cannot guarantee that all orders will be ready in 18 minutes. Please wait for your Pickup Order Ready email before going to the store.
Where do I pick up my order?
To pick up your order, look for the In-Store Pickup Here sign. Feel free to shop more and talk with our Associates before you check out; you only need to check out once for all of your items.
What if all my items aren't available?
You can pick up just the items that are available, or ask one of our Sales Associates to assist you in finding a substitute item. We receive new shipments weekly, so we encourage you to reorder missing items after a few days. At this time, we are not able to offer back-in-stock notices or accept backorders.
Can I order some items for pickup and some to be shipped?
You will need to place two separate orders, one for your in-store pickup items and one for delivery.
Are there any items that cannot be ordered for pickup?
Yes. Products may not be available for in-store pickup due to manufacturer requirements or stock availability. In addition, products that are part of first-come, first-served in-store promotions or included in special sales events cannot be ordered for pickup.
How much time do I have to pick up my order at the store?
Your Pickup Order Ready email will indicate the latest date for end-of-business-day pickup. Please pick up your order by the date specified. If not, your items will automatically be returned to the store and your credit card will not be charged.
What should I bring when I come to pick up my order?
Please bring a valid form of payment and a printed copy of your Pickup Order Ready email to help process your order faster.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes, but that person must bring in a copy of the Pickup Order Ready and a valid form of payment.
