Arctic Silver Arctic Silver Arctic Alumina Premium Ceramic Polysynthetic Thermal Compound
Arctic Alumina Premium Ceramic Polysynthetic Thermal Compound uses a layered composite of aluminum oxide and boron nitride creating a controlled triple-phase viscosity. It is a stable, pure electrical insulator, neither electrically conductive nor capacitive. Note: Due to the unique shape and sizes of the ceramic particles in Arctic Alumina, it will take a minimum of 36 hours to achieve maximum particle to particle thermal conduction and for the heatsink to CPU interface to reach maximum conductivity (this period will be longer in a system without a fan on the heatsink). On systems measuring actual internal core temperatures via the CPU's internal diode, the measured temperature will drop as much as 1 to 2 degrees Celsius over this "break-in" period.
