For Christmas this year I was given the task to build a pc for my cousin in a black theme. He only plays video games and... He only plays video games and won't need the pc for anything else and having a $1k budget I decided to go with the ryzen 5 3600 combo from micro center with the free gigabyte b450 motherboard. The cpu cooler is an Uphere cooler from Amazon. I paired it with 16gb of corsair vengance @3200mhz. 1tb Inland nvme m.2. For psu I initially bought the corsair 650 but had a fan sound so I return it and no more in stock so I picked up a powerspec 650w 80+ bronce semi moduler. The case is a Lian Li air mini in black. I added 6 uphere rgb fans from Amazon. For the gpu in order to get the most out of the budget I decided to buy used and get a gigabyte rtx 2070. I also added some black psu extension cables.$859.96 -
