This computer was built for a friend of mine, I've done a lot of sleeper builds over time and he entrusted me to build him his own. It's a fairly standard Micro-ATX gaming build used to play games such as Halo-Infinite, Call of Duty: Warzone, Rocket League and much more. This was my first time doing a Micro-ATX sleeper build so I did struggle in certain areas but if I were to pass along any wisdom for people who plan to do this in the future. Do not be afraid to make adjustments to the case itself. This Micro-ATX sleeper hosts an astounding 240mm AIO cooler which seemed at the time to be impossible, the original CD drive cage had to be modified to fit the extra large radiator. If you plan to do this by yourself I highly suggest removing this drive cage by drilling out the rivets. The best brand to commit to a sleeper in my opinion are the older PowerSpec PCs, most of the mounting matches what we use today

It was able to run warzone which was the most surprising part of the build. I eventually upgraded the gpu to a 1650 super but I like the original build as it was a decently powerful build for a cheap price.

It is my first build. I actually got it right the FIRST time around. No errors. I surprised myself. She's really just an entry level PC for now. She only has an APU right now and I plan to get a better RYZEN 5 CPU in the future. Just wanted to get her up and running. All I really play is Halo and American Truck Simulator... Some Sims 4 every now and then. She can run CSGO on HIGH settings pretty well without any stutter. I'm just bad at it.

Today, Matt and Jackson put together an amazing budget gaming build for you! They chose an Intel Core i3-9100F Quad-Core CPU, ASUS B360 PRIME mATX motherboard paired with a Gigabyte RX 5500 XT Overclocked and 16GB of DDR4-3200 RAM from Crucial. The great value and performance of this build shine through in-game. Getting around 80-110 fps on mixed Normal/Medium settings in Warzone. Performance in Shadow of the Tomb Raider was equally impressive, getting an average of 60 fps on high settings. Matt makes a serious recommendation to include 16GB of RAM in your next build as it's becoming the new standard for good gaming performance.   This is my second build and the first I made for myself. It is a budget build for my home use; I do a lot of sound producing... This is my second build and the first I made for myself. It is a budget build for my home use; I do a lot of sound producing for work and my studio system packs some power but it is a Mac, still. I wanted to be able to do some light gaming, also do some work like sound and video editing, some light graphic design, lots of proof reading for commercial spots and lately lots of video conferencing. I use a TV as a monitor, it is full HD and 60 Hz so it is what I need. This system is my personal rig and it's located on my bedroom so I also use it as a media hub. As this was gonna go in my bedroom I took the design very much into consideration and I put a lot of thought in to it when I was figuring out my budget for this build. The White LED Fans and the back RGBW LED on the TV make the whole work space feel on the same page. Even with the white LED Fans not being able to change colors, the other colors on my Logitech keyboard and the TV's Backlight make everything pop. I started building this system gradually. That last piece that came in was the GPU, I started with my old GTX 740 from my old system to start using it and upgraded it to my GTX 1650 as soon as I could, I have it paired with a Ryzen 5 2600. It is a budgewt system, but fairly powerful. I still think I have two weak links on which compromises were made, which are my A320m Motherboard and the 450W EVGA power supply. They limit how much I can upgrade this system so I'm looking to first get the motherboard as I get ready for a Ryzen 4000 Series upgrade also the Power supply has to go If I'm getting a better GPU so I'm thinking on swapping both on the same run. Love the Micro ATX format on my motherboard, I paired it with the Yeyian case I got in Mexico as I come back and forth from TX to Monterrey and I love how it sits on my desk. It is a budget case but I love the looks. I had an issue with my gigabyte Motherboard and my case as I wasn't able to get the front USB 3.0 working, and after a chipset driver upgrade, bios upgrade and looking for solutions, I figured It was either an issue with the motherboard or the case header, so I let it go and I'll wait for the next upgrade. This first build just made me want to spend more time and money on my set up which I'm very much looking forward to do.

After enjoying my Prometheus v3 build for a few months and seeing that the Ryzen 5 1600 was still on sale, I replaced the guts of an old Pentium 4 class machine with another build in December 2019. I use this machine to run virtual servers for my development purpose, and I stuck a graphics card in it this spring to also do Folding@Home. I know the 20 year old case desperately needs replaced, and the hard drives I use to store the virtual machines on are aging, but I like to get value out of the parts I buy so it was good enough at the time for a home server.
