He only plays war thunder, APEX, and other non-graphical intense games, so 3060ti is good enough. He was very happy to have his very first own gaming PC. The only thing I would upgrade to this build is to add another monitor, or get a bigger monitor.$1,598.93 -

Some games I love playing are fast-paced FPS games like Overwatch, Apex Legends, and Valorant. It feels so good to finally be able to play at a high refresh rate after playing at 60 Hz for so long! Some future upgrades I would love to make are to add a couple more fans to improve the airflow and get 1tb or 2tb nvme ssd as a game drive.$1,519.92 -

I have been wanting to build a pc since I was in High School. Thanks to MicroCenter’s Holiday finance special I was finally able to build my very own gaming pc. For my first build I think I did very well. Now that I have my PC, I will soon get started on creating a nice setup.$1,536.89 -

My eight year old rig (2014) was starting to overheat, and showing its age with more current graphics limitations. Sure, I fixed it up with an ultra deep [overdue and neglected] dusting and new thermal paste; but I felt like I was ripe for an upgrade and more damage on the credit cards like a good consumerist US citizen. I had to get this baby running ASAP, so I could jump back into the Sea of Thieves and help bring Flameheart back. If you felt a dire need to be a pirate after the first Pirates film, and you haven't tried SoT yet, then you owe it to yourself to sample it. Open PvP MMO instancing, no subscription or pay/grind to win (gold is mostly for cosmetics only), $20 sale on Steam or Free on Xbox/Windows Game Pass.$2,258.77 -

I always wanted a NR200 build when the case first came out due to how well-designed it is and its ability to cater to a wide range of parts. However, stock shortages and sky-high pricing were common; and I finally hold out till today for a more favourable pricing. Cheers!$1,415.32 -

I knew that I was going to put together a new rig to replace my wife's struggling 4th gen i5 gaming system, but things really kicked into high gear when Micro Center offered their buy a CPU get a motherboard deal at the end of the summer 2022. Used primarily for WoW and Toon Town, she is now able to "multibox" without the system breaking a sweat, while the older tower would regularly crash when trying to run more than one instance of a title.$1,671.95 -

This was my first time ever doing this. For being a first-timer, this took me about 8 hours to do. I could not have done this without the help of a friend of mine. However, as I have been doing things with computers for about 15 years now (most of my life), I knew I would be able to do this. I did not assemble this computer with any sort of specific purpose intended. I built it, more so, for playing games and whatever my future needs down the road may end up being. Once I had a previous computer fail on me after only a year, I felt it was time to try assembling a computer myself. Currently, I play ROBLOX, some of my older CD-ROM-based games (for the most part, I use older computers for doing this though), and every now and then, I will play something other than that. I used some higher-end components in this system for several reasons. I like to have a lot of programs running on a computer at once, which is something my really old 2014 Dell Inspiron was not great at doing. As an example, I may have 2-3 virtual machines running, several web browser tabs, a game, OBS recording, and Discord all at once. With all that, I still have plenty of RAM left over for opening something even more than that. Currently, I am using a 2014 Samsung S22C300 monitor, bought it new with a Dell Inspiron I bought in 2014. I did debate about replacing this monitor, but as it works fine, I decided not to. I have a set of Logitech Z200 speakers, I have owned since 2018, they have been good enough for my needs. As a mouse, I use a basic Logitech M100 mouse, as I am not too crazy about those fancy "gaming" mice, I just like something basic, and besides, why change something I have been using for years if it still works fine? For a keyboard, I am using a Razer BlackWidow V3 I bought nearly a year ago. This keyboard has the only RGB I am using on this setup, simply because RGB isn't really my thing. Besides the paint chipping, the only other thing I don't like about this tower is that making the cords look more presentable was something I was not able to do. I have checked to make sure, that no fans or vents are obstructed.$1,451.90 -

I use it mainly for general tasks/browsing, but I also dabble in gaming. I wanted a machine that could handle whatever I threw at it, even though it is overkill for my needs. The GPU powers three monitors, the main monitor being 1440p 144hz, and the other two 1080p 165hz. I plan on keeping this build for the next 2 years, but may fall victim to senselessly upgrading for no good reason. On the rare occasion that I game, I try to maintain above 100fps on whatever I'm playing. I don't mind lowering some settings to achieve that, as I don't play many demanding games. The only thing I'd do differently is get a better case. The airflow is terrible with the glass panel in the front, but the case was easy to build in because of its size. Please excuse the extra PCIe cables, I had used them for a project but am too lazy to remove them in case I need to tinker again :/$1,819.97 -
