Case was great to build in and had no issues with MC or any of their parts. Good prices for the parts imo but the cooler was a bit pricey. Great MB with onboard WiFi for the B550 chipset. RGB was nice to setup and I really liked how the build came out. I could only attach one photo as all my other ones were taken in portrait mode and you can’t attach those here, but the photo I attached gives a good look at how it came out.$972.92 -

I built it because I am a 3rd year college student and it was time to upgrade from my 500 dollar laptop. I play some games on it, it runs gta pretty well, I also played a free game team fortress two and it’s very smooth. I still have some cable management to do but I was in a bit of a time crunch so that will be my next task with it.$1,402.91 -

For the longest time, I was playing games like Fortnite and Minecraft on my 2016 13" MacBook Pro, dual-booted with Windows 10. However, gaming performance was subpar with this; I wanted to be able to enjoy games graphically but also wanted something portable since I was moving between my dorm room and my home a lot. About a year later, in August 2018, I bought an eGPU with a Sapphire Nitro+ RX 580. This was definitely a step up but it was a pain to maintain and keep operational, as Windows 10 updates constantly broke it and caused error 12. Shortly after buying my eGPU, I began doing research on building my own PC and saving up. I did research off and on for a couple years and then, this past spring after COVID hit and quarantine started, I finally decided to pull the trigger and build my own PC. I did a bunch of research on what the best parts were and how to actually build my computer. After I had my list of parts nailed down, I started watching prices. I saw my local Micro Center had only one Sapphire Nitro+ RX 5700 XT Special Edition in stock, so I went ahead and ordered it for pickup. I got to Micro Center and decided to look around for a bit, as it was my first time being in one. While I was there, I decided I might as well pick up my case too. However, an employee asked me if I needed any help. Long story short, I walked out of Micro Center that day with everything I needed to build my PC (whoops). Later that night, I began building my PC. It went fairly well, but I did struggle with getting the motherboard into the case. Being a first time builder, I attached the Z63 pump to the CPU right away-- that meant that I had to somehow get the motherboard in while also holding the radiator and not putting too much stress on the pump. I didn't want to take off the pump, as I feared messing up the pre-applied thermal paste. I was finally able to get the motherboard in and the rest of my build was pretty easy. Shortly after I completed the build, one of the lights went out in one of the fans on my RX 5700 XT. I took it back to Micro Center to replace, but they did not have the same one in stock, so I just decided to use my RX 580 from my eGPU and save up for when AMD releases new GPUs. The PC performs great and playing games on it is a blast. The white NZXT case is simple and pleasing to look at. I'm extremely pleased with my choice of parts. I mostly use the PC for gaming, playing anything from PVP games like Fortnite or Warzone, to other games like No Man's Sky or Satisfactory. I am able to run everything on high-ultra settings and get 60+ FPS. I would love to be able to get more frames, but my monitor is only a 60Hz monitor, so I am not too concerned about that right now. Next to upgrade will be the monitor and then the GPU. I'm hoping to find a nice 1440p 144Hz monitor during Black Friday or Amazon Prime Day. I am hoping to stick with AMD for my next GPU, but would also love to get a GPU capable of ray-tracing. If you have any questions, let me know in the comments!$1,539.92 -

I mainly play Warzone and tbh for being a mid tier pc it actually doesnt have a lot of difference from a high end one! This computer was built with the main intention to use it to play games at high FPS and high resolution. I am running a 165 hz monitor and achieve 165 fps in Destiny 2 all day long. Built to replace and upgrade my old pc with a gtx 770 and intel i7 4770k built in 2013. Works great, happy with it performance wise — but the rgb has been frustrating. After hours of troubleshooting, I can’t get rgb fusion to work and recognize anything other than the mobo for whatever reason which is gigabytes rgb software (manufacturer of my mobo). Also figuring out how to get all my fans and rgb headers plugged in was a little confusing and required splitters and an additional adapter I had to purchase for the lian li proprietary rgb connector. So only regret maybe not splurging on a nicer board and/or looking into header placement on the mobo more thoroughly. Also, if doing it over, would consider swapping out the 5800x for the 5600x or another cpu. With my personal pc use, I’m not utilizing the 5800x to the fullest extent and a 5600x would still be more than enough. My original build was going to use the 5600x but micro center had a deal running on the 5800x so I took it for $30 more… didn’t realize how much hotter it runs and therefore louder - not a huge concern but just something to note. For those interested on how I placed/plugged everything in… Removed the 3 fans that came with the lian li case off the front panel. 1 was placed at the back of the case as an exhaust. Other two were placed on the bottom of the case above the power supply as intake fans. I placed my Galahad water cooler on the front panel of the case along with all 3 fans that came with the cooler. All 3 are intake fans. Last two fans I purchased were lian li uni fans. These fans had to be placed at the top of my case in order to take advantage of the interlocking daisy chain feature - thereby reducing the number of fan pwm and fan rgb cords I have to connect by one. These were both exhaust fans.$2,851.85 -

My son, Chuy, was an avid PS4 fortnite player until I proved him wrong that PC's are way better at gaming. We made a bet that if I built a "Gaming PC Rig" it would beat his PS4 loading times and have a higher resolution (1440p of course). Sure enough he's addicted to his new PC while the PS4 is now collecting dust. This was our first computer build together and could not find a better excuse than to drive to our closest Micro Center (2 hours away) to buy part by part. We have put a lot of work into it and cannot wait to upgrade to a 3080. PS5 my a**.$2,981.79 -
