I got this HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop a year ago, well I know OEM rebuilt is very bad but because I need a computer with... I got this HP Pavilion Gaming Desktop a year ago, well I know OEM rebuilt is very bad but because I need a computer with good specs that can run AAA games but there was no option than buying a rebuilt that time because GPU price was sky rocket high. The build has a 1660 Super with Ryzen 5 4600G (Ryzen 5 3600), it decent for 1080p gaming with medium-high settings. After a year, the computer works fine and really well, all I need is better power supply because it only 400w and new ram (it having 2x4gb 3200mhz ddr4) because recommended ram nowadays is 16gb, and I can see it myself that sometime I get some lag spikes. But this prebuilt HP is not easy to upgrade since the motherboard and power supply are OEMs, it has different design from normal custom build, so I have to get rid of the case, motherboard, power supply and get a new one and put the gpu, cpu, ram and storage in the build. I also have 512gb + 256gb ssd so I don't really need a storage upgrade.$306.95 -

I quickly sold my xbox and a few of my old games and shoes and headed down to micro center and found the best motherboard cpu deals! If I win, I will use the money to purchase the all new RTX 3070 which has a starting price of exactly 499$ and will be a huge step up from my GTX 1650 Super!$546.44 -

Because of my limited resources for gaming, I don't play very demanding games (at least not run them very well.) So I stick to the easier to run stuff like Minecraft, Phasmophobia, Devour, and Inscryption. I do occasionally play Red Dead Redemption 2 (It's one of my favorite games and I originally played it on Xbox 1.) but it's very choppy. I plan on getting a decent graphics card ranging from a 1660 to a 3060 Ti depending on how much money I can muster up. I also would like to switch to an ITX form factor in the future, but that won't be for a long time. In hindsight though I'm very happy with my part choices and how it looks.$638.96 -

We lucked out and got most of the parts before the "Gpu Crisis" occurred so the rx 580 was only $200.
