I jumped on the $350 7700X Black Friday bundle at Microcenter to start my Winter 2022 build. I wanted to do a white build with black accents for this gaming rig and hence call this my 'Panda' build. I will be using this rig to play F1, Apex Legends and Overwatch. I initially bought a 6700XT for this build but got a bad gpu unit unfortunately which didn't work out of the box, so replaced that with my old 2060 for now.

The 7600X is super powerful for a Ryzen 5 and it is a huge upgrade from my previous build. Now I use it to play GTA, Deep Rock Galatic at 1440p 144fps. It has never gone below 140fps which is amazing.

  This rig should be an all around powerhouse. The goal is for it to basically last forever (at least in terms of desktop... This rig should be an all around powerhouse. The goal is for it to basically last forever (at least in terms of desktop computing) and have the ability to do everything well. Weather that be gaming at high framerates, content creation, or 3d modeling. The 1060 is a holdover until I can get my hands on a newer flagship GPU. This thing has likely got more power than I'll ever need, but it's great to have it sitting here, and have the ability to do anything without hardware limitations.
