The goal of this build was to create a powerful and high-performing PC that could handle my gaming needs. After considering my budget and different gaming PC components, I ultimately settled on this setup and I am extremely satisfied with it. I happen to find SSUPD Meshlicious Mini ITX case on sale. And it looked like a XBOX series, so I decided the theme for this build. Even though this is a small PC, with RTX 3070 in this thing, the gaming performance is through the roof. You can call this build the XBOX Series XXX, haha. Of course, because a lot of component are placed in a small area, the cooling is a problem. What I’d like to do next to this build is to replace some of the cables with custom ones for better cable management and airflow for cooling.$2,624.97 -

This is my first (completely self-built) PC build, and am very satisfied with how it turned out. It's pretty overkill for the games I play, but that's the best part right? I really love how all the parts fit together perfectly to match the theme! Still waiting on my NZXT USB hub for my Lian Li Strimmers to work!$2,597.91 -

Paired with a 144hz monitor, it delivers excellent performance in GPU and CPU intensive games. Played through Cyberpunk: Phantom Liberty 2.0 with ray tracing on low and native 1440p (no upscaling) and was able to get a solid 60 (sometimes more depending on location). Will be swapping ram with a RAM kit from the motherboards QVL list soon, with tighter timings and hopefully a working XMP.$2,587.78 -

The main reason? I severe, recurring condition some refer to as "upgrade-itis." This condition was triggered for me when I saw microcenter dropped the price of the 13600k. Of course gaming is the primary use. I've been playing games like Elden Ring as well as first-party Sony games like God if War and Horizon: Zero Dawn.$2,389.92 -

My last build was 7 years old and not compatible with the latest versions of Windows (not that I *really* wanted to make the switch). Upgrading the DDR-3 ram to DDR-4 or 5 would require upgrading the motherboard, upgrading the motherboard would require upgrading the processor, an upgraded processor would make my GPU a bottleneck... So I'd basically be building a whole new PC. So I built a whole new PC. It's about half the size, as well. I mostly plan to use it for gaming. I've been playing a lot of Darktide and Hogwarts Legacy, planning on playing some Cyberpunk as well. Also Guild Wars (1), but this PC doesn't change the way I play games from 2007 at all. I also homebrew tabletop rpgs and make character sheets for games I like with character sheets I don't like. In the future I may buy a monitor that supports more than 60hz, and maybe a mechanical keyboard without a num pad, since I really only use it to type in my pin these days, and it will save on desk space.$2,247.86
