It's probably a little overkill for world of warcraft and overwatch but it's a beautiful piece of machine to just watch until I get into a game. I have Lian Li strimers on the way to add more beauty to it. Looking back I wish I would have went with an asus hero viii board instead of the msi. I have another case that I will be learning how to do water cooling in and probably get away from the aio since they're just a lot more beautiful to look at.

I’ve always been a console player but my brother-in-law convinced me to try PC gaming and I got hooked. It started off as a budget build and quickly turned into a custom build utilizing as many Corsair products as possible, excluding the case. I knew I wanted to go with a white and black theme and I wanted the Antec DF600 Flux, but obviously the DF600 only comes in black. It was at that moment I decided to go custom. I tore the case apart and painted it matte white. Then I took apart my motherboard and painted as many things as I could matte white to match the case. I even took apart my brand new Asus 3060ti Dual OC and painted that white as well. It was a great experience building my own rig. I use it to play Division 2, Ghost Recon Wildlands & Breakpoint, RDR2, Far Cry 5 and 6 when it releases. Currently I have the Asus 3060ti but I’m hunting for an Asus ROG Strix 3070 or 3080 White Edition to match the rest of the build! I’m also in the process of selling my two 1080p monitors to get a curved 1440p ultra wide monitor.

I initially planned to upgrade an old HP Compaq for gaming and to use graphic design software. I intend to play Overwatch, Halo, Kingdom Hearts, Splitgate and more. For graphic art I'm mainly interested in digitizing embroidery files and want to make stickers and pins. After getting some help, I realized it would probably be better to build from scratch. I would have loved to keep my original case since I painted it pink and cut out a Jigglypuff silhouette but the CPU cooler and graphics card were too wide to fit. I do like the sleeker look of the new case but in hindsight I should have waited until I had the parts before customizing the case. I did go back to the store a week after building the PC to get more RAM more for cosmetic reasons than needing an extra 16gb. It took about 5 hours to build because I would rearrange how the things were and connecting the rgb cables was a bit confusing. Cable management wasn't too difficult but involved a lot of reworking how I initially connected everything. Next time I'll work on Cable management as I'm building. In general, I should have done more research before starting the build process because it would not turn on when I had finished. I realized one of the power cables was not fully plugged in after checking the cables for everything else first. In the end, it was a fun project and I inspired my boyfriend to want to build a gaming PC for himself.

I built this rig for the purpose of gaming and sometimes streaming on twitch. I came from console gaming so I knew I wanted something Beastly, yet practical. Overall I'm extremely happy with my build, and my entire set up. I have a MSI 3060ti but i originally wanted a 3070 or 3080, but shortages have made it hard. I'm not complaining at all about my GPU i have now, just cant wait till inventory comes more readily available. My 360mm AIO h150i from corsair keeps my 3900xt at temps around 70c overclocked. Looking to upgrade my ram sometime soon to match the theme. Crucial makes amazing RAM, but the RGB software is a nightmare. Hope everyone enjoys the build as much as I do. I use this PC for gaming, streaming, photoshop, and premiere pro in hopes to actually try to make some money off streaming (My Twitch is PiddleTV). First, let's start off with the gem of the build... My Ryzen 9 3900X. This CPU, although loves to suck power, is a BEAST! Multitasks effortlessly, runs decently cool considering its power draw, and rarely ULTRA FAST. I have it overclocked to 4.4GHz on all 12 cores and could go higher if necessary. Next, perhaps the most underrated part of my build is my motherboard. From ASRock, the B550M Steel Legend is a Budget Badass! Easy overclocking, 2 M.2's, plenty of SATA ports, and great RGB lighting on the board too. This MoBo is by far one of my favorite pieces of my entire build, does everything right and looks beautiful at a discounted rate. Lastly, I originally had bought a Radeon 5700XT from Gigabyte (I do not recommend it), but it artifacted countless times, even after RMA'ing it (Gigabytes support is also very bad I have learned). So after 5ish months, I decided I needed a new one and fortunately, I was able to snag this 3060ti on launch day. Works like a charm... Isn't the fastest in terms of clock speeds, but who cares... the thing tanks all games 4k Ultra @ 90+fps (one monitor active), and when streaming, it runs all games 1080p High @ 144fps (streaming and two active monitors). Presenting what the name of the build is all about... My "Corsair Theme", my build features 32 GB of Corsair Vengeance RGB 3600 MHz RAM. The only issue I have run into with these sticks is that the RGB sometimes does not want to cooperate with Corsair's iCUE software... Don't know why, just is what it is. Besides that, these sticks are fast and reliable, hardware-wise, never a doubt, never an issue. STILL staying on the Corsair Theme, my CPU cooler is the ever-so-popular, H100i RGB Platinum AiO. It's sleek, it's elegant, it's effective, it's everything. Plus I got it at a discount :) Almost done with Corsair... I promise. To power all of this, I am featuring the Corsair RM 750W 80+ Gold PSU. (please comment if you guys feel like this is not enough power). As far as I am concerned, it gets the job done. Super reliable, powerful, and quiet. The last and most apparent Corsair feature of my build is the case. The Corsair Crystal 280X RGB is a popular and beautiful case. When first planning out my PC, I wanted something that was small, beautiful, and easy to build in, and this case hit every wish I could've asked for. There really isn't much else to say about this case, I just let the looks speak for themself. Onto some of the other components of my build: CableMod Custom White and Black Sleeved Cables (Absolutely beautiful) 1TB SSD WD Blue (Durable, quick, cheap) 1TB M.2 NVMe Samsung 970 EVO (lightning-quick) 500GB M.2 NVMe Samsung 970 EVO (see above) Corsair iCUE Commander Pro (Convenient for all my RGB Components) 2 Corsair SP120mm RGB White Fans (Quiet, gentle, stunning) AND LAST, but not least. My Elgato 4k60 Capture Card w/ Playstation 5. These two things were the latest additions to my collection. I waited so long to get my hands on the PS5, I couldn't believe it when I finally snagged one. Runs effortlessly and quietly (a huge contrast to its predecessor, the JetEngine4. Once again... Not much to comment on, I let the hardware do the talking. That finished my PC (and PS5), my build also features: Samsung C27HG70 27" 4k 144Hz Curved Monitor Samsung C24F390 24" 1080p 60Hz Curved Monitor Fifine USB Streaming Microphone Logitech StreamCam Corsair K95 RGB Platinum Cherry MX Speed Silver Corsair DARK CORE RGB PRO SE Wireless Mouse Pecham Desk Mat For being my first build, I definitely made some mistakes along the way... Something I am going to change for my next build, whenever that is, is probably not go with Corsair... I love the company, I own a TON of Corsair products; however, iCUE just isn't cutting it for me, wayyyyyy to many issues and bugs with its software... I have troubleshooted everything, no solutions. I am also considering a new backplate for the 3060ti, so HMU if you all have any suggestions. All-in-all, I loved building it and putting it together, it brought me so much joy in the middle of an event where joy was not easily found. I am so glad I am able to be apart of this community and love for y'all to give me some feedback on my build so I can continue to improve this beaut. Thanks again and best of luck to everyone!!!

I am strictly an Enthusiast/Hobbyist and self taught mostly. Lots of Google, FB Groups and Forums and YouTube videos of course. This is my first custom loop and it was hard tubing. My Thermaltake Pacific C360 kit was a great starting point but even the kits lack some important features, such as drainage options and additional fittings to make a solid attempt at a well thought out loop. I was lucky enough come by some parts GPU/CPU during a difficult time right here at MC. It was a beast and took me several weeks to assemble. The problem with not doing this all the time is you do one every few years and then technology goes nuts and you have to re-learn 18 things. LOL. Anyway hope you enjoy and it provides you some inspiration to do your own. I find when I get the opportunity to build it's very therapeutic for me. Sometimes I wonder if I enjoy the building more than the gaming. Well, maybe sometimes. Good Luck to everyone.

I wanted to build a new desktop to upgrade from a 10+ year old one I've had that I kept upgrading. I went for the best value for money build I could put together that would be good as a generic all around PC for programming and gaming. I managed to keep the cost of everything including a Dell S3221Qs monitor at just around the 2K range including tax. This PC was bought on whim when I went to microcenter to do a return early on a monday when they happened to get a bunch of graphics cards and processors sent. Initially I was going to get a 3070 but then I noticed they had put out a asus 3060 TI tuf edition that was open box and over $70 off list price. It had been returned the night before by someone who wanted a 3080 I found out. It was still in its wrapper and unopened. Ended up also getting an AMD 5600x processor that had just arrived at the store. Most of the items including the ram, case and one hard drives were open box which really helps on price.

This is my first ever PC build and I wanted it to be a powerful PC but stay around my budget of $1000. I built it as a gaming and editing rig for my YouTube videos since I had only had the PS4 (base model) before which doesn't do that good with many games, due to being underpowered, but my new PC runs circles around it. It's more than I could have hoped for, even if it doesn't have the highest end hardware. I also got it as a Christmas present last year which has to be the best Christmas present i've ever gotten! Right now I mainly play Ark: Survival evolved which my Graphics card takes to the next level with mostly "epic" settings. I play some Minecraft as well but I don't do much besides Ark at the moment. I also use Davinci Resolve to edit my videos and post them on YouTube to my channel, The Dimetrodon. Overall, I'm really pround of my PC and I want to thank all the Tech YouTubers out there that helped me make the right decisions!

The Daily, for me, is a computer that I need to use for everything I do and everything I need. School, gaming, streaming, AND work. I am an esports coach in mobile gaming, a full time student, and a part time streamer where I stream myself studying materials for school as a Computer Science major. Short term I have school projects, since my emphasis is machine learning and artificial intelligence. Long term I hope to use this knowledge to create tools for the Wild Rift team I coach, Cloud9, and that requires me to have the build that I currently have. I used to have a 6600k and 1070, but I had to sell it in order to re-enter school. Once I got stable, I reinvested into myself and this computer has helped me be as successful as have been these past year or so.
