I wanted to create a high-end gaming PC that would leave even the most serious gamers, streamers, and simulators in awe. The sleek white design with the custom Corsair Water Loop gives it a sophisticated look. And let's not forget the stunning Lian Li Strimer Plus RGB extension cables that add a touch of brilliance to the setup. But the real showstopper is the white Radeon RX 7900xtx Hellhound Spectral, which truly completes the aesthetic. Its power and performance are unmatched, delivering an immersive gaming experience like no other. To make this PC not just a powerhouse but also a work of art, I opted for the 128GB G Skill z5 Trident Memory. This not only ensures lightning-fast speeds but also adds a touch of elegance to the overall design. From its impressive specs to its breathtaking visuals, this gaming PC is a true masterpiece. It's not just a computer, but a statement piece that showcases the passion and dedication we have for gaming.

After building my first rig, I was headfirst into the world of PC building. I didn't know my next gaming computer was going to be a space heater though. This build I went for the all white with silver finish aesthetic, and it came out better than I expected. Although it was a bit nerve wracking to troubleshoot the overheating cpu, it was a really enjoyable experience. I use the computer mainly for gaming, I enjoy playing hyper realistic simulation games like Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020, Forza Horizon 5, and PC building simulator 2 (yes when I said I went headfirst into PC building I meant it), and some other games that this computer is too powerful for. One upgrade I definitely need to consider is getting more storage, because nowadays games somehow manage to take up half an ssd.

My build started as an upgrade to a 7 year old computer, It had a 5th gen i7-5820 processor on an Asus X-99 chipset motherboard, running 32 Gb DDR4 ram, multiple forms of storage from a 1 Tb Samsung NVME drive, to 3 SSD and 2 HDD totaling close to 10 Tb. Corsair 100 AIO for cooling, and an Asus GTX 1080 graphics card. I first tried just upgrading the graphics card, wondering how much of a bottleneck my processor would be, To my surprise it worked really well upgrading to an Asus Tuff 4070Ti. Then I noticed microcenter had a sale on a new 13th Gen i7, with 32Gigs of DDR5 and a Z790 Asus motherboard. Since I had just been blessed with a financial gift, I went ahead and tried the combo. Wow is all could say, what a night and day difference I noticed running my main sims (MSFS2020 & DCS) as well as with my editing software Lightroom classic and Filmora 12. At this point I thought to myself, after 7 years with my last build it was time to trust the Lord with the finances and finish off the build to my liking. That included the beautifully built and designed NZXT H9 Flow case with Lian Li SL fans and the Lian Li 360 AIO as well as a new MSI Pcie5 ready 850 watt power supply. I also wanted a faster gen 4 M.2 so I added the Samsung 2TB 980 NVME drive with a new key for windows 11. As an avid photographer for my immediate & church family as well as my long time love of flight sims, this new computer is a very appreciated gift from my Lord Jesus Christ. And I am grateful and humbled for the doors he had to open to make it my reality.

I never really liked showing my end result as I just love the build. I tend to become totally enthralled in making a PC work. so after 3 back to back deployments (and some money in the bank) I decided to pull the trigger and do a new rig build. I am not going to lie to you this build took away from gym time but was well worth it. I built my first PC when I was 14. That would be 1996. A Pentium 286 and it was awesome lol. fast forward to now and components are readily available and there is a monopoly now. Don't get me wrong I still think everything is pretty overpriced but compared to paying $300 for 8mb of "gold tip" RAM its kind of status quo.

The build name is in reference to my now old pc which has lasted me up till this point.4790k, 1070, 16gb DDR3 1800mhz, maximums vii mobo built in 2014. Built this for gaming and streaming (twitch.tv/AdamM3__). Need all the frames I can get, as the saying goes, frames wins games. Currently playing Apex Legends and Escape From Tarkov and the improvement in how many shots connect just because of the increase and constant 144+fps is astonishing. Also put on VR games for when friends and family visit to give them some non-gaming gaming entertainment. Then i'll hop on over to my sim rig and fire up iRacing to keep my driving skills up to par. The funniest and luckiest part about this build is that I bought all the parts in two days in my first two trips all from Micro Center and two days before Christmas. Walked into Micro Center on 12/23/2021 about 8pm, one hour before closing, I went up to the build your own computer center desk and asked the guy if he had any video cards, totally expecting there to be none at all, however to my surprise, he said "Yup we have some right here". I lit up like a Christmas tree, pun intended! I couldn't believe my eyes. Little known fact is that this was my first time visiting Micro Center since 2014 and first time ever trying to find a video card in stock at a brick and mortar store. I was speechless to say the least. Going into the store I had my mind set on buying a 12700k and a DDR4 mobo, as everyone knows DDR5 is sold out right? WRONG, apparently they also had DDR5 32gb in stock!!!! That's when I made the decision to go full out on this build with a 12900k and DDR5 mobo. I just couldn't believe it, I legit hit the PC part jack pot 1 hour before closing two days before Christmas. The MC employee guy was just fantastic, gave me all the insight I needed and answered all questions without judgement hesitation free. I barely did any research because I was not going to build a PC if I could not get a graphics card, but because they had a few in stock, I had to go all out. Unfortunately for the employee, I had to return the initial case and heatsink I bought because I went home and did some more research, came back the next day, and was able to pick up the parts I needed, the Lian Li Lancool 2 Mesh and Lian Li Galahad 360mm. The only bad part about this build is that you cannot fit a 360mm tubes down (the proper way to orientate the AIO). I tried my hardest to get the 360mm orientated properly, but it was just not possible because the video card is in the way. However, during my test fitting, I believe If you mount the gpu vertically (I have no tried this yet, but in theory I think it would work) you could get the 360mm positioned so the tubes are down. I haven't done it because the glass side panel will hinder gpu cooling. However it is possible to put two fans underneath the gpu when it is mounted vertically to aid with cooling, which I plan to do in the future. This is not directly the fault of the case itself because it is certainly possible to mount the AIO properly as you can remove a plate and the HDD bay for tube down position, however the tubes are just not long enough to go around the video card. Would love to see a version of a 360mm AIO with extended tube length to accommodate this.
