As a gamer, I'm drawn to titles that demand high-performance hardware to fully immerse myself in their worlds. With this setup, I dive into the latest AAA titles like Cyberpunk 2077, Assassin's Creed Valhalla, and Call of Duty: Warzone, experiencing smooth gameplay and stunning visuals at high settings. The NVIDIA GeForce 3060 Ti ensures that I can enjoy these games at high resolutions with fast frame rates, delivering an immersive gaming experience. Beyond gaming, I'm also a content creator, producing videos and streaming gameplay on platforms like YouTube and Twitch. The Ryzen 7 CPU's multi-threaded performance allows me to edit videos smoothly and handle streaming tasks without any lag. The 16GB DDR4 RAM ensures that multitasking is a breeze, whether I'm editing videos, streaming, or browsing the web simultaneously. In hindsight, one potential upgrade could be increasing the RAM to 32GB for even smoother multitasking and future-proofing the system. Additionally, considering the fast-paced advancements in technology, I might have opted for a higher-tier GPU if budget allowed, to ensure longevity and better performance in upcoming games and applications. Overall, this build strikes a perfect balance between gaming performance and content creation capabilities, allowing me to pursue my passions with confidence and efficiency.

  I wanted to get back into the PC scene. Its been awhile. However I wanted and all around PC that I could do pretty much... I wanted to get back into the PC scene. Its been awhile. However I wanted and all around PC that I could do pretty much anything on. I have always bought the standard prebuilt machines over the years and wanted something to call my own not HP or Dell HAHA. It was a little overwhelming at first but the associates at Microcenter pointed me in the right direction for everything and asked really good questions. Very Helpful. But I'm extremely happy with the perfomance and products I chose. Now looking forward to the next build and upgrades. LOL

  Why did I build this? I wanted a computer that had good processing power, could also run some games, and I was able to... Why did I build this? I wanted a computer that had good processing power, could also run some games, and I was able to obtain most of the parts at a good price. Occasionally I need to either compile some code or edit a video, and the Ryzen 7 3800x has yet to disappoint. It also has plenty enough power when combined with the 1660 Super for the games I play. It has no problems with League of Legends, Modded Minecraft, Assassins Creed: Odyssey, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. This build was not planned, it just sort of came together. Some pieces are new, used or damaged. The Meshify C case has a 4” gash on the top mesh, so I bent it back into shape. The Ryzen 7 3800x had bent pins, so I risked it and managed to straighten the pins. I bought a kit of the TridentZ RGB RAM from a friend and purchased an additional clearanced kit to not have empty RAM. The GPU and PSU were salvaged from another build. The only new and planned purchases were the motherboard, AIO cooler, case fans, NVMe drive, and RGB led strips. This shows that you do not need to buy everything at once or everything new always in order to achieve a good-looking build.

I built this PC after years of peer pressure from all of my friends and quite honestly I'm so glad I did. I wouldn't call myself the biggest gamer but I've begun to realize that gaming on PC is on a whole other level. Aside from gaming, I use this PC for work dealing with financial reporting but also to fuel my Photoshop creative side. I edit pictures on Adobe Photoshop and Light room, my PC handles it very smoothly.
