Needlessly buy new things just because we want them and proceed to watch YouTube instead of actually gaming. At least I didn't get a 4090 like a certain friend who literally only plays Minecraft in VR all day. In other news I do use this to play STALKER GAMMA/EFP and stream/record it on my YouTube channel (Venoxium).$1,803.94 -

In hindsight, while the emphasis on cost-efficient drives and easy assembly served its purpose, I'd consider incorporating more robust cooling solutions for better temperature management during prolonged gaming or streaming sessions. Future upgrades might involve investing in higher-end graphics cards and expanding storage to accommodate larger game libraries and 4K content.$2,399.87 -

I had an older PC (with a GTX 950 and 8gig ram) that was handed down to me and could barely run games I've been wanting to play. Overall, it's been past time to get an upgrade. My bf purchased this new build as an early birthday present. The wonderful technicians at Micro Center assembled the PC and it runs everything I need like a dream!$1,372.91 -

I wanted a fully RGB'd out PC that is able to run 1440p while having the best temperatures and performance. i may switch the case if the aesthetics get in the way in the near future but for now this is perfect. i want to be able to play league of legends, valorant, warzone, cyberpunk all at 144hz 1440p. the pc was bought with mostly used parts but i think in the near future ill upgrade with new parts because parts are starting to go down for everything except the gpu. sigh one day itll happen!!!!~$1,538.92 -

I was largely able to keep costs unbelievably low thanks to Microcenter's deals as always. Can't stress enough how awesome their deals are and how impactful they are to people who are trying to put a build together. I was very fortunate to live pretty close to one.$1,316.37 -

The Arc A770 is an interesting GPU because it's the highest end model in the first generation of modern discrete GPUs from Intel. Even if there are issues with it now, I thought it would be interesting to build a computer with the GPU and see how things change over time as Intel spends more time improving the drivers. Everything else was fairly standard. The choice of the i7-12700k was partially because the features offered by using an Intel CPU with integrated graphics and an Intel Arc GPU. My next upgrade for this system will likely be an Intel 14th gen CPU or an AMD 8000 series CPU, depending on how they shakeout. On this computer I mainly play Battlefield 2042, NCAA14 via PS3 emulation and Modern Warfare 2, which was bundled with the Arc A770.$1,667.97 -
