I build this PC to enter a new realm of gaming and to play more competitively in shooter games. I have played with a few mods and games I have played are Minecraft, Tom Clancy's Rainbow 6 Siege, Apex Legends, Valorant, Knockout City, City Skylines, Ark Survival Evolved, CSGO, War Thunder, Enlisted, Sea of Thieves and a few other titles. I wish to upgrade to a 1660 Super or 2060 and a Ryzen 5 3600 or 3600X as it will improve my gaming experience.

This is my first ever PC build and I wanted it to be a powerful PC but stay around my budget of $1000. I built it as a gaming and editing rig for my YouTube videos since I had only had the PS4 (base model) before which doesn't do that good with many games, due to being underpowered, but my new PC runs circles around it. It's more than I could have hoped for, even if it doesn't have the highest end hardware. I also got it as a Christmas present last year which has to be the best Christmas present i've ever gotten! Right now I mainly play Ark: Survival evolved which my Graphics card takes to the next level with mostly "epic" settings. I play some Minecraft as well but I don't do much besides Ark at the moment. I also use Davinci Resolve to edit my videos and post them on YouTube to my channel, The Dimetrodon. Overall, I'm really pround of my PC and I want to thank all the Tech YouTubers out there that helped me make the right decisions!

I built this in August right before the shortage that I had no idea was coming. My reason to start with a real PC was that I couldn't play a Lego game on my laptop. And now with much more PC knowledge I think that I should have spent a little more on a 3600 and 2060. This rig also sees lots of school beeing done and maker work (hint, why the desk is a complete mess)

I video edit occasionally for work to promote upcoming events and use to do some freelance video editing on the side. For games I currently play Apex, Sea of Thieves, League of Legends, Team Fight Tactics, Duel Links, and some Age of Empires. I love to multi task which is why I have so many monitors. Being able to play games on the center monitor, while having discord on its on to the left for voice chat is awesome. Also allows me to support & watch live streams while I am in game on either the TV above or the right monitor if not both. Having these monitors also makes video editing a lot easier being able to work on the main while previewing it on the tv and having the folder files to the right side monitor for easy access. Plus, when I don’t want to be at my pc I can watch streams & movies from my bed. Future plans are to upgrade the PSU and get some custom cables for it as well as the GPU (when there isnt a huge shortage and give this one to a friend who I game with) Might also look into a different MOBA cause had some issues with this one.

I dabble in content creation and do anything that sounds fun to me. I play a lot of games, some of which include Minecraft, Rainbow Six Siege, Call of Duty Warzone, Call of Duty Cold War, Terraria, and many other games. I have had a lot of fun playing these games with my friends. I've enjoyed building my setup and I'm really happy with how it turned out. I started building it because I wanted something that could run games but slowly got addicted and kept upgrading it. I started saving up the money I got from mowing lawns 3 years ago and am very happy I did so.

This was the first gaming computer that I built when I first started this rabbit hole that was pc gaming. I had no idea what I was doing, and I even had my friend give me a parts list. All I wanted to do was see what the hype was about pc gaming since my friend group at the time all played on pc. I didn't start buying the parts till months later for 2 major reasons. One is that I completely forgot about my wanting a pc and just forgetting about it in general. And two, these bunch of idiots played league of legends, and that in itself was one major reason I wanted to delay the inevitable of losing of my soul. Besides league of legends, it hurts my soul saying that I do play some Valorant, and Final Fantasy XIV from time to time. I already upgraded the cool master fan cooler I had to the NZXT Kraken Z63 since I saw it on a tech video and instantly bought it. Another upgrade that I did recently bought 32GB of Corsair RGB vengeance ram since there we on sale and just had some money to spare. For future upgrades, the first thing that I can think of is to upgrade the CPU. Currently rocking an i5-8600K and trying to upgrade to an i9- 9900K for one simple purpose. That dice box that comes with it is so cool and I can’t be the only one that wants to tape it close and run it as a DnD die. Another is to change the current RGB power supply cables that I have to the Lian Li strimmer plus just so I can the backside of the cable isn't as bad as the current one.

I built this to game, I took a six year break from gaming while my children where young and needed most my time and slowed it way down when I got married (PS3 era), I always loved building computers in fact this was my 5th build however it's my 1st Gaming Rig I re-fell in love with gaming and finally found the fulfilling hobby I'd been missing, PC Gaming, and all the associated tweaking/obsessive researching. I love my rig and pieced it together with gift cards, sales, mail in rebates, and choose mostly Price/Performance parts. I'm a firm believer in supporting Brick and Mortar Stores and bought 90% of it at Microcenter I play single player story driven immersive games: * Control - Only game I can't hold above 60 FPS * Senua's Sacrifice * Tomb Raider Reboot (all 3) * Jedi Fallen Order * Portal 1 & 2 * RE3 * RE2 * DMC5 * Lego Ninjago and Lego Movie with my Daughter (got her them for her birthday and a Pink version of my Game Pad, she is very proud of it matching mine!!)

The computer was built for gaming and eventually video editing and desktop computing. I like playing Valorant and Virtual Reality such as Half Life-Alyx and Boneworks. It runs all games really well with the Zotac 3060ti. I enjoy playing other games on ultra settings like Call of Duty: Cold War and Warzone. My setup really needs new monitors since both are old and locked at 60 FPS. I want to start a YouTube channel around computers but I currently do not have the funds to start the channel. But when i start the channel, this computer will have no problem doing intense video editing and visual effects. My dream is to one day do a fully custom water loop for a PC.

Its based off a Nissan GTR, specifically the R34 model, the build was once a very simpl thing, al attach a photo, I have always really really liked PCs, so it became a project wich took some time but definitively was worth it Currently it has th following specss Ryzen 7 2700X Liquid Cooler Master Liquid 240ML Radeon RX5500XT Sapphire Nitro 16GB (2*8) G.skill TridentZ 3600 Mhz, i think CL18, not sure, can only run it at 3200 mhz due to motherboard Motherboard ROG B450 F-Gaming 512GB M.2 XPG Spectrix boot drive 4TB Barracuda Hard Drive 3.5 750W PSU Corsair CX There is also some Lian Li Bora Fans and the case is the Lian Li o11 Dynamic Some white Phanteks Extentions, a bluetooth card and a USB card My peripherals are An LG 32 inch monitor, an LG 24 monitor and an old acer VGA monitor An Apex 5 from steelseries, A Rival 5 and the Artics 5 Quadcast S from Hyper X a ring of light, an Ausdom Camera and Logitech speakers The custom things in reallity so far are some badges from Aliexpress and the common theme on the components themselves, the metal coordinating, etc. I currently do streaming, my gamertag is cathobb, i use it for my daily streams, editing some video and general gaming, My computer was born from the old family PC wich i began to upgrade untill it finally became a decent gaming rig, I upgraded this ,then that, and its been a slow progress Ive had some difficulties, faulty parts and bad luck some times My GPU has rgb on the fans and not long after i bought it i had to pay for a replacement fan wich did glow, but dimmer, When i got my first fans (Which took really long) they almost burned the whole PC because they came with a short on the power SATA cable My first monitor died, as i rmember while getting the photos, lol There are many photos because i included the sotry of how the computer was "born" i hope its not too much I hope you like it, this is my project after 2 years, it took a while, but its come far and id like it to keep growing, im huge fan of Bitwit, hope he gets to see my submition

My dad is a software engineer and it was really cool to show him the ways of hardware 2 years ago. I've slowly been upgrading it over the years. My main goal in the last 6 months was to add as much rgb as physically possible into this thing. I've upgraded the following: 8700k to 9700k after about a year z390 Tuf mobo to z390 aurous pro wifi for two reasons: more rgb and better io Originally i had 16gbs of 3200mhz and upgraded it to 16gbs of 3200mhz BUT with rgb. its also oc to 4000mhz (idk how but it is and im not complaining) and last but not least the case. I've loved nzxt cases due to how clean they are so i upgraded the h500i to the h510 elite and I haven't looked back since! In the future im looking to upgrade my 2070 to a 3070ti or a 3080 whenever the world goes back to normal. and also custom cables are in the works just don't quite have the money for that yet. #Bitwit

It’s my work station for work and my relaxing gaming area. I play on Vr ((I have the valve index)really wanna to upgrade my gpu soon to something to match this beast of a rig), War Thunder, Star Citizen, COD, and more. I also video edit for time to time and also 3D model when I can for 3D printing and Vr Chat. I also do slight graphic design. My dream setup has only begun and I plan to do a lot more to it! What do I plan on adding or upgrading? Well for starters I plan on upgrading my gpu as I said above. I play a lot of games that are still in alpha or in beta stage of development because I like to so these games grow and progress into something amazing and cool. For the rest of hard ware it mostly complete the rest is either more memory or just small touch ups on lighting or wiring. I have a unfinished basement and plan on build a room for just gaming. In one corner I plan on putting a nice big green screen for VR and plan on putting my flight and racing simulator done there as well. I was on console for the longest time and I was finally convinced to get a PC by my friends (they were all on PC and I was the only one on PS4). So August of 2020 I bought my first PC a Cyberpower Pre-Built. It was super basic a Ryzen 3600 and 2060 Super but it got the job done for me and I was hooked. Fast forward to 2021 I moved back to Texas and sold my house in Nevada and made a good chunk of my money so.....I decided to build my dream PC! I started with the basics (case, AIO, Ram) but then I thought "I can afford it....why not build the most expensive, over the top, build I can......" So the hunt began.....I spent weeks refreshing best buy, newegg, microcenter, etc trying to find an RTX 3090 and a Ryzen 5900x or 5950x. Slowly but surely I was finding the parts I wanted. I needed fans so I looked for the most expensive fans I could find at the time they were Lian Li Unifans. My ram went from a 16gb 3200 kit to a 64gb 3600mhz Corsair kit. I looked at my current monitor, a spectre 1080p 24.5in 165hz budget monitor and I upgraded that to a ROG 27in 2560x1440p 175hz monitor to do this build justice. I was excited BUT when the time came to build it I was having a panic attack because I had never built a PC before and I didn't want to break anything. I played Bitwits "how to build a PC" video on my TV and I had that sucker on a loop. I was rewinding, fast forwarding, and watching everything he did with a fine tooth comb to make sure I didn't mess up. Total build time.....I spent a solid 8hrs building this PC. But turning it on for the first time and seeing her come alive was one of the best feelings I had ever had. 10/10 would do it again. I'm now at a point where I want to build a streaming PC just for fun, it's an addiction and I'm glad I went through it.

This rig was built with the main goal of being a high end gaming rig, as well as handle CAD (SolidWorks, Fusion 360), real time slicing of STL files for 3D printing, and any other compute intensive tasks I throw at it. As a mechatronics hobbyist, this is crucial to keeping a project going quickly. As a PC enthusiast as well, this rig is also a hobby, starting life as an air cooled 6700K/ 980 Ti 5 years ago, and evolving over time to a 5900X/ 3080 water-cooled beast. It was originally built to handle the sheer power requirement of Cyberpunk 2077. However after I've finished the game, it is now the Minecraft and Youtube machine. I went for a white build but ended up with a black build with white and silver accents. The reason why its the second version is because I swapped out my other graphics card for a 3070ti Aorus instead for that lcd screen. Changed the color scheme to pink and teel to suck up to kyle.

I use it mostly for gaming, some favorites include Minecraft, monster hunter world, sea of thieves, and subnautica. i love pc building and for my first build I think it looks pretty nice.

Now you may be looking at the price shown and be thinking, "what part of this is poor?" Let me explain, the parts themselves are costly but if you look hard enough on facebook marketplace or Ebay you might get very lucky like me! So this was actually my first PC. I watched a lot of LinusTechTips and Bitwit to get somewhat comfortable and to learn the basics of PC building. I didn't really have the luxury of spending too much on a PC for gaming and had to go with a generic build. On top of everything, the 2020 GPU crisis didn't help one bit. My old computer had integrated graphics and that could only get you so far with games. So I made my way to Facebook Marketplace and found a seller that was selling a lot of spare parts and bought all I needed to build this! Honestly though, I am so glad I was finally able to get a PC that let me play without having to warp through walls or end up back at spawn because of failed rendering. Not to mention I can run Chrome now too and have 4 tabs open in the background! I opted for a Zotac GTX 1060 3GB mini (yes I know not the best choice) for my GPU, an Intel Core i5-7600K @ 3.80 GHz, an MSI H110M GAMING Motherboard with 16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR4 3000MHz. Not the best of the best but still good enough for some mid-range gaming.
