After a couple of years of having an SFF gaming build, I decided that I want to go back to ATX. This build is a combination of reusing parts from the past along with black friday buys. I play Overwatch, Counter Strike 2, Valheim, Elden Ring, and lately have been playing all of the Kingdom Hearts game at 4k. The 3070 works well at 4k for me. On less demanding games I can fully saturate my 160hz 4k monitor, and at more intensive games I can reach 80fps with some graphics tweaks. I plan to upgrade to the 5800x3d, and in the future plan to upgrade to the next gen gpu's, but my 3070 has been treating me great so far so not really pressured to upgrade my gpu yet.$1,194.96 -

I wanted a machine that could last me more than 5 years, and I am confident that this is the one. This machine build is mainly to get me more power for video editing and production as well as photography. I am starting to explore the world of Steam tho lol. I tried to get this machine ProArt as much as I could get it. Other than the case from NXZT (which is AMAZING) and the RAM, everything in this box is ASUS. I wanted to theme the box out will gold highlight, but I really like the decision to go with white for the case. Everything else I left black and the box looks clean AF. I did add a ThermalRight contact frame to this socket, and it has changed my life!!! Highly recommended. I may have also splurged a little when it came to the AIO with the Ryujin III, but........... The Delorean from Back to the Future looks FANTASTIC on it so it's a keeper.$3,299.89 -

It's aimed at 1440p gaming at ultra-high graphic settings and FPS. Therefore, I got the top-of-the-line GPU and CPU! The GPU cost over a grand! Luckily, I got everything from Microcenter during the holiday sale, so most parts are brought at a discount. This build didn't disappoint. It's actually an overkill for 1440p gaming. It has no problem handling 4k gaming. I might upgrade and buy a 4k monitor later to do that.$2,799.94 -

He loves a lot of the "simulator" games for some reason and was complaining that the game Cooking Simulator wouldn't run at an acceptable level on an aging (~2017) laptop notebook with no discrete video card. So since it was around Christmas time, I decided for the "give a man to fish / teach a man to fish" approach. I pieced together a very modest collection of desktop components. Some of these were older, retired components such as a dated power supply and graphics card. Others were available to acquire at little expense at my local Microcenter. But the whole point of this process was to create an affordable, entry-level stepping stone for him. And also to have components that were fairly replaceable in value in the event something went wrong or accidents were made.$229.96 -

I was very much due for an upgrade and my old build, it wouldn't have gained much without getting a new system in my opinion. I'm coming from an AMD FX 8150 (upgraded a few months ago to a FX 8370) with a R9 290 built in 2011. I am reusing my monitor from my old system on my new one but that is the price I paid for it. I would eventually like to get a 1440 ultrawide once the prices start coming down., i like to play classic games not high fps maybe pubg$2,543.98 -

It performs excellent in most the games I play (mainly Minecraft with lots of shaders and TF2). The temperatures are pretty good as well, happy with that. Building my first pc has given me a lot of knowledge about hardware and was a really fun experience. Overall, it was a pretty good idea to build my own computer and make the switch from a crappy best buy prebuilt.$2,034.91 -

Never built a system before so was excited to put something together with a top of the line GPU and CPU combo. All items were purchased within around a week, taking advantage of some online Black Friday sales This system is primarily for gaming, and some video editing, I've paired it with a LG 32GP750 1440p 165Hz monitor, I also have it hooked up to a 55" Sony X90k to run 4k 120Hz. No complaints putting everything together, the popular Corsair 4000D was super easy for install and had more than ample room for the huge 7900XTX, also no crazy RGB here, just simple and neat. Temps have been good so far, the Peerless Assassin cooler is plenty, I have yet to see temps run past about 70c with gaming use. There's definitely coil whine coming from the GPU during intensive gameplay, can be annoying but not a huge deal when you have your volume up or headphones in.$2,027.92 -

I want to share my first-ever DIY gaming PC build. I call it Snow Yeti because it's an all-white build! The build came together very well and seamlessly. The H9 case is a fantastic large case that's easy to work on. The glass panel is very durable and looks amazing. I can see everything inside. The Kraken AIO CPU cooler is very cool! It's quiet and has a display on the cooler head that can be adjusted to display anything I want.$1,847.94 -

First build ever using it for gaming and some SolidWorks when I need to work from home. Going to change case to something a little more tasteful and get cablemod stealth wire and extensions and just extra frill to make it look way better. The case is GREAT at keeping the components bathed in cool air, but it's just not the greatest looking case. Thinking about hardline water-cooling for the CPU and GPU that way I can keep the 7900X and 4090 cool and make the build look way cooler (If I do it right that is...) Microcenter makes all other electronics store second grade. Can’t wait till my next build.$3,344.93 -

This was a budget build I did for a friend, keeping cost in mind, but also a clean look and decent performance. The combination of Ryzen 5600 with RX 6600 is amazing, giving me over 200fps on fortnite (performance mode) on a 1080p, for the budget, this is an amazing build, still looking cool and modern. Sadly, all prices went up in microcenter a month later and I'm not able to replicate this build, the cheapest I could find was a Ryzen 5500 with GTX 1660 Super and a B450 board, paying over $50 on tob of this build, too sad.$664.91 -

Always thought that it was more challenging, but after watching YouTube and looking into it a bit more I felt more and more comfortable about the process. I decided it was time to get off the console and back into the PC world (I had a prebuilt gaming PC years ago and have switched back to console until now). I decided to build a upper mid range PC. This was a great experience and building it was super fun. I would love to build more PCs in the future because I had a great time and completing the build and knowing it works is very rewarding. Also building it yourself makes it fully customized so you get all the parts and features you want. Games that I will be playing on this build will include Call of Duty, Madden, Fortnite, CSGO2, Rust, DayZ, Rainbow 6, Rocket League, Among Us, Shellshock Live, Call of Duty World at War custom zombies maps, Farm Simulator, NBA 2k, PC builder simulator, Apex, Minecraft, Lego Fortnite, Not Fortnite Festival, Wizards 101, Roblox, Poptropica, Jump Force, GTA 5, Red Dead Redemption 2, The Last of Us, Lethal Company, Uno, Garry's Mod, Cyberpunk, and Dead by Daylight.$1,698.91 -
