BIQU Panda Claw is an RNC nano-coated hardened steel gear assembly specially designed for Bambu Lab 3D printers. It helps to improve the performance and reliability of extrusion and thus achieve even better printing results. The gear wheels are made of hardened steel and have a gold nano-coating. This combination ensures high wear resistance and a long service life. The wear-resistant spur gear is made of self-lubricating brass and coated with MoS2 anti-wear grease. The lightweight CNC-machined Idler arm is made of AL6061 T6 aluminium and provides a stable base for the gears. The optimised tooth shape ensures smooth filament flow and precise extrusion as well as more detailed prints with smoother surfaces. The extraordinary hardness and wear resistance make the gears also suitable for processing abrasive filaments.
