This includes up to 400 tests, including checking for any viruses and stress testing the machine. Our extensive testing ensures that we find the root cause of your computer trouble and can provide a path forward. Once the Advanced Diagnostic is complete, your technician will explain the issues found, and what repairs are needed to get your PC back up and running. If you are covered under the manufacturers warranty, then the advanced diagnostic and most repairs are free of charge.
