Why only add Bluetooth to an audio DIY project when FM radio, media player, Aux in, and Bluetooth are all available in one preamp module with LED display? Hook up the audio output using the included cable to an amp board. The preamp includes a two-conductor cable that hooks up to a 9-12 VDC source and a wire that plugs in to the FM antenna socket. Cutout a 2.1" x 4" rectangle hole and mount the Bluetooth module into your project, and you now have an FM radio, media player, and Bluetooth available with faceplate controls. You must use the included remote to change FM stations by punching in the station's frequency.
